Uponor's strategy, since the early 2000s, has been to focus on the three following core areas:

During the past few years, Uponor has restructured its global business portfolio and streamlined its operations, focused resources on a single brand, and redesigned its key business processes. The strategic pillars remain unchanged, with more emphasis on growth.

Historically, Uponor's business model has been geared towards the residential single-family and the infrastructure segments. Today, the professional building market is increasingly more important. This segment represents a significant long-term opportunity for Uponor.
