Uponor Corporation is listed on the NASDAQ OMX stock exchange in Helsinki, Finland, and hence, the parent company Uponor Corporation and its subsidiaries observe the rules and regulations for listed companies. Furthermore, Uponor complies with the Finnish Corporate Governance Code issued by the Securities Market Association.
