New climate controller Uponor C-46: comfortable climate for every room

Uponor introduced new climate controller C-46. This intelligent device can adjust the temperature of under-floor heating or cooling system based on the outdoor and in-house temperature change.

Uponor constantly develops products and technologies that improve comfort level of human environment in homes or offices. The main function of the new climate controller is temperature regulation of water in the radiant heating and cooling systems with the help of intelligent and precise control of the mixing valve. C-46 allows controlling the microclimate efficiently in the rooms of any buildings — residential or commercial.

Thankfully to fast reaction of the control system to climate parameters changes of the indoor and outdoor environment, people inside the building will be in comfortable environment 12 months. Integration of Uponor C-46 with the other Uponor devices, such as radio controller C-56, humidity sensor H-56, and radio thermostat T-75, control panel I-76 increases the efficiency of the radiant heating and cooling systems allowing to create the ideal climate in any type of room with minimal efforts.
How does the system work? The C-46 receives data from the indoor and outdoor thermostats (T-75, wireless humidity sensors, sensors of supplied water temperature, and calculates the necessary supply temperature, providing inter alia a means for prevention of the sweating of the surface of pipes, floors, walls and ceilings. If it is necessary the position of the humidity sensors may be changed at any moment.

Uponor C-46 is designed for different operating regimes: with the possibility of autonomous work and connection to the Uponor 24V hardwire control system and complex integration with the Uponor DEM wireless control system. The climate controller is very easy to install and use: wireless connection makes the device installation easier, the special assistant program provides for the fast and simple setting, and the fast access menu allows managing the main parameters easily.
