Board authorisations
The AGM held on 15 March 2007 authorised the Board to resolve to buy back no more than 3,500,000 own shares, representing in total approximately 4.8 per cent of the total number of the shares of the corporation, using distributable earnings from unrestricted equity. The authorisation is valid for one year from the date of the AGM.
Own shares
The company does not hold any own shares.
On 15 February 2007, 71,500 Uponor Corporation's own shares were transferred to the members of the Executive Committee in accordance with the share-based incentive scheme announced on 6 May 2004. After the transfer, the company held a total of 16,500 shares, which were cancelled on 7 May 2007 .
