Kirovograd
Ponds and Bitsa Park are in vicinity to the Galaktika residential complex and
one may admire their scenery right from the windows of the building. Despite
its remote location from industrial zones the residential complex has excellent
transport accessibility via Varshavskoye Shosse and is in close vicinity to the
Prazhskaya metro station.



The
complex consists of three monolith towerlike buildings made of bricks
constructed in accordance with an individual project (24, 24 and 19 floors).
The Galaktika residential complex contains 334 apartments with a total area of
about 48,000 sq m. The area of business class apartments is 50 sq m (per a
one-room apartment) and up to 222 sq m (per a five-room apartment) with a 3
meters ceiling height. The upper floors will be occupied by two-level
penthouses. The underground parking area can admit 215 cars. There will be also
made a guest parking.



The
construction of ZhK Galaktika was carried out under the state-of-the-art
technologies with the use of exclusive and high quality materials, e.g. natural
stone used in the fit-out works. The winter gardens and ventilated heated
verandas is the attraction of Galaktika residential complex. Each complex's
section is provided with two passenger- and two freight lifts, all apartments
have connections to the system of digital communications.



Uponor
The
works to install the heating and plumbing systems based on cross-linked
polyethylene PE-Xa with a diameter of up to 32 mm assembled in each of the
three towers of ZhK Galaktika began in the middle of autumn 2011. The
completion of installation works is planned by May, 2012, and the completion of
the site fit-out works is expected by autumn 2012. Based on the previous
projects experience the assembling contractor named Globalstrojgrupp was not
