Le Corbusier's - one of founders of modernism - architectural style served as a prototype for the architectural decision of the complex facades. The stylistics of a 22-storeyed building perfectly combines symmetry, restraint of lines. Its unique composition and a proud silhouette figuratively correspond with greatness of an ancient forest park surrounding the building, with historical and cultural value the area. The spectacular front decoration of the complex attracts the attention. The high style of the construction is underlined by high-quality materials. External walls are executed from three-layer protecting constructions which "are dressed" in a ventilated facade system of and coated by ceramic granite Seranit (Turkey). While designing Premier housing estate and its each apartment (120 apartments have an area from 95 to 165 sq.m) architects have succeeded in creating of as much as possible open and easy space.
The landscape design is executed at the European level with use of green plantings and the stylish small forms creating atmosphere which allows to forget about every day problems for a short while and to spend a pleasant time in the open air.
Investor and general contractor of the project is Construction Concern Krost. A total building area amounts to 8300 square meters, 5500 square meters of which consists a total living space.
At the housing fairs of Kouvola, in summer 2019, was presented House Beauty which has the modern control system Uponor Smatrix Pulse for radiant underfloor heating and cooling system.
Uponor's radiant underfloor heating and cooling system was installed in a new single family house. During the record high heat wave, the system was in real action.
The 30 years old copper plumbing of the house were replaced with a Uponor composite system. The renovation was over in one day. The contractor for the job was LVI-Dalton Ltd from Klaukkala, Finland.
At the end of autumn 2013, Uponor's new product, Uponor Gray Water Filter Home, was installed in Ruuhijärvi, Nastola.
