Suure võimsusega trass Tallinna kaugküttevõrgule

Mastaapsed ehitustööd on olnud Lasnamäel, Tallinna suurimas linnajaos, normiks. Nüüd, mil renoveeritakse linnaosa kaugküttesüsteemi, on ka torud ehitustegevuse suure ulatusega võrreldavates mõõtmetes. Linnaosas paigaldatakse kokku 1,1 kilomeetrit DN 1000 läbimõõduga eelisoleeritud küttetrassi torusid.

Uponori osalus

1,1 km eelisoleeritud küttetrassi torusid DN 1000

Lasnamäe on Tallinna kaheksast linnajaost suurim. Tallinna idaserval asuva linnaosa elanike arv ulatub 118 000 inimeseni ja see on muuhulgas tuntud oma Nõukogude Liidu aegsete 1980ndatest aastatest pärit paneelehitiste poolest. Lasnamäe on harjunud suurelt mõtlema. Nüüd, mil on asutud kaugküttesüsteemi renoveerima, on ka siin kasutusele võetavad kaugküttetorud suure läbimõõduga. 

Uponor Infra tarnib Lasnamäele kokku 1,1 kilomeetrit DN 1000/1200 läbimõõduga kaugküttetrassi torusid. Torude tellijaks on Küte ja Ehitus AS, kuid lõpptarbijaks on AS Tallinna Küte, kellele kaugküttevõrk kuulub. Vjatšeslav Kovaltšuk, Küte ja Ehitus AS arendusdirektor, ütles, et tegu pole küll kõige suuremate torudega, kuid tellitud torud on Eesti rekordile üsna lähedal. 

"Suurimad Tallinnas paigaldatud torud on DN 1200 läbimõõduga. Neid olid vaja 1970ndate aastate alguses, mil linna serva ehitati Iru elektrijaam, mis pidi varustama küttega kogu linna."

“Täna on kasutusel moodsamad süsteemid ja linn ei vaja nii palju energiat. Linnaosa soojusvõrgu renoveerimiseks piisab nüüd eelisoleeritud DN 1000 torudest,” nentis Kovaltšuk.

Kaks objekti korraga

Küte ja Ehitus AS remondib Lasnamäe kaugküttetrassi kahes eri kohas. “Vahetasime välja Smuuli piirkonna torustiku, kuna sinna ehitatakse uus ristmik. Oli mõistlik teha torude vahetus samal ajal. Kui hiljem vanade torudega probleeme tekkima peaks, oleks nende kõrvaldamine töömahukam ja kallim.” 

“Peterburi tee läheduses olid torud nii halvas seisukorras, et need tuli samuti välja vahetada. Viimasel ajal on olnud selles piirkonnas mitmeid purunemisi ja lekkeid.” 

1993. aastal asutatud Küte ja Ehitus AS on Eesti suurim soojusenergiasüsteemide ehitusele ja remondile ning tuleohutussüsteemidele spetsialiseerunud insenerfirma. Ettevõtte klientideks on peamiselt energiakontsernid, tööstusettevõtted ja suurehituste peatöövõtjad.

Ettevõte on lisaks laienemas ka Eesti piiridest väljapoole. Alates järgmise aasta algusest kannab see nime KE Infra.

Pikk koostöö

Uponor Infra torude valimine Küte ja Ehitus poolt lepingu täitmiseks põhineb varasematel headel koostöökogemustel. “Oleme teinud Uponoriga pikka aega koostööd. Ainuüksi sel aastal on Uponor varustanud meid torude ja liitmikega kaheteistkümne erineva objekti jaoks Tallinnas, “ kinnitas Vjatšeslav Kovaltšuk. “Oleme olnud torude kvaliteediga väga rahul ja ka hinnad on konkurentsivõimelised.” 

Kovaltšuk mainis, et Lasnamäe lepingu ajakava on äärmiselt tihe. 

“Suuremõõduliste torude tootmine ja transport ning osade paigaldamine on suur väljakutse. Kogenud projektimeeskonnal ning Uponori professionaalidel on aga õnnestunud karmide nõuetega hakkama saada ilma järeleandmisteta kvaliteedis või ajakavas.” 

“Lepingud peavad saama täidetud suveperioodil. Tööd algasid 2015. aasta juulis ja need peavad saama valmis hiljemalt 2015. aasta septembri lõpuks, mil kütteperiood algab.” 

Palju arvestamist logistikaga 

Uponor Infra Tööstus- ja Energiarajatiste müügi projektijuhi Jan-Erik Svarvéni sõnul toimetab terasetootja SSAB 16-meetrised terastorud Uponor Infra Vaasa tehasesse, kus need isoleeritakse. 

“Suuremõõduliste torude tootmine nõuab märkimisväärselt suuremat tõstevõimet ning samuti vahumasinaid, mis on suutelised pihustama tavapärasest suuremaid uretaanvahu koguseid. Kõigil tootjatel pole selleks vajalikke vahendeid,” rõhutas Svarvén.

Uponor toimetab Tallinna objektidele ka 44 torupõlve, millest suurim on 4x2 meetri suurune. Üle Soome lahe tuuakse ka näiteks kaks eelisoleeritud 3,6x2 meetri suurust 20 millimeetri paksuse seinaga T-liitmikku. T-liitmike abil ühendatakse kaks Lasnamäe peatrassi. “Transport on nõudnud palju korraldamist, kuna ühe auto peale mahub vaid kolm toru või neli põlve. Meil tuli ehitada T-liitmike tarvis spetsiaalne alus, mis on laiem kui veoauto tavaline treiler,” kirjeldas Svarvén.
Lasnamäel kasutatakse ka eelisoleeritud ventiile. “Oleme projekteerinud ventiilid koostöös kliendi ja tarnijaga. Soovime olla kindlad, et kliendid saavad täpselt selle, mida nad soovivad,” toonitas Jan-Erik Svarvén.

Smuuli piirkonnas kasutatakse ebakonventsionaalset trassilahendust: DN 1,000 toru paigaldatakse konkreetsesse silla sisse tehtud kanalisse, kuna antud kohas ei olnud ruumi kaevamistöödeks. 

“Kaasasime selle lahenduse teostamisse ka Saksa insenerid,” ütles Kovaltšuk.

Paigaldamine nõuab palju ruumi

Mõistagi nõuavad suuremõõduliste torude kaeve- ja paigaldustööd palju ruumi. “Vahel on raske saada kohalikult liikluskorraldusametilt luba tiheda liiklusega teede sulgemiseks. Sedalaadi tööde planeerimine ja ettevalmistus võtavad väga palju aega.” 

Kovaltšuki sõnul ei satu nad Lasnamäel silmitsi samade probleemidega kui vanalinnas, kus muinsuskaitseamet katkestab tööd kohe, kui kaevamistööde käigus ilmneb midagi ajalooliselt tähtsat. Mõistagi hilineb seetõttu projektide valmimine.
“Ja kui me tegutseme linnas, tuleb elanikelt aegajalt kaebusi. See on arusaadav, sest paigaldustööd tekitavad alati mingil määral müra.” 

“Püüame aga leida kompromisse, et häirida ümbritsevat keskkonda nii vähe kui võimalik.”

Roihu 2016 – the 7th International Finnjamboree organised by Suomen Partiolaiset - Finlands Scouter ry, was held at the Evo campsite in Hämeenlinna on 20–28 July 2016. A camp for 17,100 people was built in a forest area owned by Metsähallitus. Some 3,000 participants arrived from abroad – from about 40 different countries.
