The building located at Calle Tutor 16 (Madrid), owned by Arquia Inmuebles, has undergone a complete renovation and modernization, being partially demolished with the façade stabilized. A project designed by Tuñón y Albornoz Arquitectos and executed by SANJOSE Constructora, where the integration of Uponor's Invisible Air Conditioning in the Matrics raised technical floor developed by company Subway Systems.

The new concert hall is an outstanding building and a new benchmark. Uponor has been involved for the underfloor heating and plumbing system as well as snow melting system for outdoor areas.

Weber Hill Villas
The Weber Hill Villas are comprised of 24 attached and detached single-family homes nestled along a quiet forest with lot sizes ranging from one-quarter to one acre. With a top-of-the-line design in mind, the team at Dale Hicks and Associates, LLC chose Uponor PEX piping systems for the plumbing and fire safety — a brand they have relied on for years.

Retention tanks for a bus depot
One of the most modern bus depots in the region is currently being built in Wałbrzych. A key component of the stormwater management system will be a battery of four retention tanks supplied by Uponor Infra.

Uponor were nominated as the sole supplier for radiant heating systems for the Sunesis Schools schemes, with Main Contractor Willmott Dixon.

PE tanks reduce carbon footprint at new water plant
Novafos' new water plant in Ballerup, Lautrupvang Water Plant, is currently under construction. PE tanks from Uponor, part of the George Fischer Group, have been chosen for the project. The tanks solve economic and building aesthetic challenges, reduce CO2 emissions by up to 50 % compared to traditional tank solutions and increase security of supply.
