Underfloor heating and chilled ceilings ensure comfort and sustainability

One of the central concerns of the extensive new construction and renovation work for the client: Underfloor heating and chilled ceilings for comfort and convenience through efficient heating and cooling. Robert Schmitzer, who is very experienced in the hotel industry, and his engineering office A3 JP Haustechnik from Innsbruck, were responsible for the planning. Work started in March 2019, and the resort reopened in December of the same year.

Feel-good climate through modern temperature control technology

The key elements of the conversion include 47 new rooms and suites in the new building of the complex as well as 20 additional bathrooms in the main building for the comfort of the camping guests.
