SVITLO PARK” is a large-scale residential complex in the “city within a city” format, located on more than 20 hectares on the right bank of the Dnipro River in Kyiv. A three-tower residential, retail, and office complex needed a plumbing solution that enhanced sustainability and offered a simplified installation method.

ACCO Engineered Systems sought a plumbing solution that could be installed in a concrete slab to allow for higher ceilings in the residential units. This type of installation had never been done before by any other plumbing contractor in the city of Los Angeles. Going into the project, they knew they had a tight installation timeline of plumbing one 16-unit floor per week and needed a system that facilitated a quick installation while maintaining reliability. The plumbing subcontractor, ACCO, also wanted a strong product warranty for added confidence. They have a long history record and are well versed in high-rise installations, so they wanted a brand that offered support throughout the entire construction cycle to help ensure a smooth installation from start to finish.

As developer Carbonleo designed Royalmount in Mount Royal, Québec, they created a pedestrian-oriented space that prioritized sustainable landscape, public transit access, and active mobility. Royalmount became an eco-community that seamlessly integrates nature throughout its indoor-outdoor design, offering a unique blend of experiential attractions, retail stores, office spaces, and accommodations that are rooted in restoration and environmental consciousness. Because Québec experiences intense winters with unpredictable amounts of snow and ice, Carbonleo needed a solution to heat the outdoor sidewalks, allowing guests to enjoy the facility safely during winter while also protecting the outdoor greenery.
