The City of Espoo is the first in Finland to introduce the Vortex stormwater separation chamber. It can be used to efficiently separate floating and descending solids from stormwater. The aim is to reduce the maintenance costs of the retention system built from stormwater tunnels and prevent solids from ending up in waterbodies.
City of Lahti is building new neighborhood called Ranta-Kartano. While they were constructing basic infrastucture the city saw the possibilty to reserve some ground space for storm water management. Now there is a test running for different kind of storm water management. Uponor is involved with new type of storm water filter.
Uponor IQ stormwater solution was installed in the Rakokivi's new community centre in Nastola, Lahti, so quickly that it surprised everyone involved.

Weholite pipes are light and easy to install. They really come into their own in a project in the harbour of Auckland, the largest city in New Zealand – the extension of an old stormwater line using massivepipes with an internal diameter of 3–3.5 metres. In this busy harbour area, it is not possible to carry outlarge-scale excavation work. The soil of the region and strong tides pose their own challenges.

Uponor systems were selected to provide water supply, heating, and cooling for the office, making it possible to eliminate radiator heating in the building.
The facility is located in district XX. of Budapest, at Zodony street 1., in the area near the Gubacsi bridge and the Helsinki road, in the vicinity of the Gubacsi residential block and the Mediterrán subdivision.
The real sight of Egerszalók is the thermal well springing in the Southern part of the village, and the travertine hill created by the running water, which became known as the "salt-hill" over the years.
