"Beržų Terasos" (Birch Terraces)

Gamtos apsuptas daugiabučių namų kvartalas sostinės Antakalnio rajone

Nekilnojamo turto projektų vystytoja „MG Valda“ sostinės Antakalnio rajone įgyvendina daugiaaukščių gyvenamųjų namų projektą „Antakalnio terasos“, kuris sudarytas iš 3 etapų – „Eglių terasos“ (2012 m.), „Beržų terasos“ (2014 m.), „Pušų terasos“ (plan. 2015 m.).

Gamtos apsuptos „Beržų terasos“ – antrasis gyvenamųjų namų kompleksas vystomame projekte. Šiame etape itin daug dėmesio skirta pastatų šiluminei izoliacijai ir inžinerinių sistemų energetiniui efektyvumui.

„Beržų terasas“ sudaro 4 pastatai, iš viso 141 butas pritaikytas skirtingiems žmonių poreikiams. Suprojektuota 19 skirtingo tipo butų: 1-5 kambarių butai, butai per du aukštus, išskirtiniai apartamentai viršutiniuose aukštuose. Visi būstai turi įstiklintas arba atviras terasas.

Rengiant projektą prioritetas buvo šiuolaikiniai, efektyvūs ir gamtai palankūs sprendimai, kurių dėka galima pasiekti aukštesnį gyvenimo kokybės standartą ir sveikesnę aplinką. Tai pirmasis projekto vystytojos, kompanijos „MG Valda“, projektas, kuriame pasirinktas grindinis šildymas. Toks sprendimas paremtas atsižvelgiant į pagrindinę viziją bei gyventojų lūkesčių tyrimą.

Už urbanistinio komplekso plėtrą „Beržų terasos“ apdovanotos konkurse „Žalias miestas – geriausias NT eko projektas“.

„Beržų terasose“ įrengta Uponor grindinio šildymo sistema su skaitmeniniu programuojamu laidiniu termostatu T38. Tokia sąranga leidžia programuoti sistemą specialiam veikimui darbo dienomis, savaitgaliais, atostogų metu. Taip pat įdiegtas komfortinio/ekonominio rėžimo programavimas, automatinio balansavimo funkcija. Visa tai leidžia būsto savininkui užtikrinti tinkamą vidaus mikroklimatą bei racionaliai kontroliuoti energijos sąnaudas.

Ne paslaptis, kad projektui pasirinktas Uponor grindinis šildymas ir siekiant patenkinti būsto savininkų estetikos poreikius bei nevaržyti architektūrinės laisvės. Toks pasirinkimas leido buto langus pratęsti iki pat žemės.

Underfloor cooling adds value to new construction

Postitalo, the former post office building in downtown Tampere, got a new look in 2017 when it was renovated into new commercial premises and a block of flats was built on top. The heat distribution system of choice was Uponor's underfloor heating and cooling system, which was installed in all flats.

A line renovation was carried out in a block of flats in Turku using Uponor's R2I elements

Line renovations in blocks of flats can be conducted significantly faster and more easily. The Uponor R2I cassette makes for a problem-free renovation. Thanks to advanced prefabrication, the project period is shorter and the risks are lower. The As Oy Varsta company in Turku is the first R2I pilot site. The site will be completed to an expedited schedule.

An 8-storey apartment is rising in a former bank district in Lahti. The target will contain 265 apartments and is designed by A1 Arkkitehdit Oy and will be built by Nuorisosäätiö. There are 256 rental apartments reserved for students on floors 2-7. Uponor R2I blocks will be installed in all of the student-apartments in connection with bathroom and kitchen elements. Aleksi 5 is the first new destination in which R2I blocks are being delivered and in which sound-absorbing Decibel drains are used.
