The business centre's favourable location provides for an easy access to transportation. The Gazoil Plaza building can be freely reached through several traffic arteries, i.e. Leninskij prospekt, Profsoyuznaya ulitsa, Varshavskoe shosse and Sevastopolskij prospekt. Two underground stations, i.e. Kaluzhskaya and Novye Cheryomushki, are next to it.
All architectural and technical characteristics of Gazoil Plaza comply with the international standards required for A+ class business complex. The Gazoil Plaza's facade has a high-tech style where ceramic granite and tinted glass were used.
The offices of Gazoil Plaza take up the range from the third to the twenty second storeys, and the 23rd and 24th floors are occupied by an exclusive penthouse. The offices area varies from 250 to 21,000 square metres, and they are offered Shell&Core and the tenants may decorate them.
The decoration of one of the buildings had been finished by 2007, all fit-out works are planned to have been finished by the end of 2012. Gazoil Plaza has a developed infrastructure, i.e. a café, restaurant, bar and branch of a bank. The business centre is equipped with the three-level underground garage to place 135 cars.
Heating and potable water systems by Uponor
Having made a commercial offer to Tashir Uponor managed to outperform its competitors by quality-to-price ratio for its products. It took two years to install Uponor systems (2010-2011). The eval PE-Xa heating systems and plumbing systems made of cross-linked polyethylene PE-Xa with diameters of 20 and 25 mm were installed in one of the buildings, all 24 storeys through.

Varicool heating and cooling panels were installed to the meeting room's ceiling. The new hydronic system replaced the old fan coil unit system. Varicool system is a radiant heating and cooling system. The panels do not heat or cool the indoor air directly but the surfaces what radiant covers.
