Application procedure

Q1: I am studying overseas at the moment. Can I still apply?
A: Yes, as long as you graduate before the Build on Uponor: International Trainee Programme starts mid-January 2018.

Q2: Can I apply to do the programme in a different country to that of my home country?
A: Yes, as long as you are able and willing to move to the respective country. We will not send trainees on a long-term international assignment to solely take on a traineeship. Also, you need to have a valid work permit.

Q3: What does the recruitment process look like?
A: Please see the application process section for more information.

Q4: When do I find out if I’ve been accepted or not, and when do I start?
A: You will find it out no later than at the end of December 2017. All trainees will start in January 2018. The Build on Uponor: International Trainee Programme kick-off meeting is planned for the end of January, so everyone needs to be on board by then.

Q5: How do I know if my application has been received?
A: You will receive a confirmation email.

Q6: Can I update my application before the deadline if I’ve sent it in already?
A: Yes, you can modify your submission until the recruiter has started the process. We will start to review the applications quite soon after receiving them, so it is better if your profile is complete sooner rather than later.

Q7: If I receive an invitation to assessment centre will Uponor pay the travel costs?
A: Yes, Uponor will pay the travel costs. In the invitation will be more detailed information.
