One of the most famous technical sport institutes of the Southern Alföld is the BirizdoKart Gokart track at Kecskemét.

The facility is located in district XX. of Budapest, at Zodony street 1., in the area near the Gubacsi bridge and the Helsinki road, in the vicinity of the Gubacsi residential block and the Mediterrán subdivision.

History of Pápa Pápa is a city of township rink, with a historic redolent cityscape, sights and cultural show-places. The city is located on the border of Bakony hills and the Kisalföld plains, and is the economic and cultural centre of the Bakony area.

The building of the Hungarian National Theatre is one of the most famous and most modern buildings of the city. The theatre is on the banks of river Danube.

The real sight of Egerszalók is the thermal well springing in the Southern part of the village, and the travertine hill created by the running water, which became known as the "salt-hill" over the years.

The history of the skating-rink The skating-rink of the Városliget, which was opened in 1926, was the second skating-rink (after Vienna) in Europe. In WWII it suffered a bomb hit, and in the 1950's it was only repaired temporarily. The latest large-scale renovation was carried out in 1986, when the modified power-house and condenser plant were installed, and the new, third layer of pipes was laid on the rink. After some small and large engineering modifications (1999 to 2001) – since the engineering system was outdated and spoiled – Municipality of Budapest called for a tender for comprehensive architectural and engineering reconstruction of the Skating-rink of Városliget.

2022 sees the completion of Maarjamõisa Medical Campus managed by Tartu University Hospital. The largest centre of its kind in Estonia, the Campus concentrates active medical care in one compact system. Uponor Estonia is participating as advisor, and as supplier of potable and heating water systems in the second construction phase currently under way.
