The building project envisages a parking with capacity of 160 cars. The maintenance engineering includes system controlling of central heating, water-supply, sanitary piping, systems of central conditioning and microclimate room control, ventilation, emergency power supply. the building is equipped with the latest engineering equipment. The offices are furnished with false floors where are hidden electric and signal cables for arrangement different number and position of working spaces. Offices are characterized by a corridor, cabinet layout and are equipped with kitchenettes. The inner finishing of all the offices is made of a high quality interior building materials according to the highest European standards. All the offices have an individual air conditioning and soundproof windows.
Krost Construction Concern has invested 10.2 million dollars in the reconstruction of the building of a former vocational school hostel into a business center of class B+. According to the investor’s concept only 8,000 square meters for the business center shall be delivered in the lease, on the other areas a chain beer restaurant of the Concern Krost will be located, as well as its chain beauty salon.
The architect of the project is Alexander Müller, and the concept of the landscape of the adjacent territory has been developed by Alexander Auvers.
The project is nominated for Annual Awards in the field of commercial real estate CRE Awards 2010 in the category Business Center Class B of the Moscow city.
Varicool heating and cooling panels were installed to the meeting room's ceiling. The new hydronic system replaced the old fan coil unit system. Varicool system is a radiant heating and cooling system. The panels do not heat or cool the indoor air directly but the surfaces what radiant covers.
