天安别墅位于常州市武进区,整个项目建筑面积约500㎡,采用全套欧博诺辐射空调系统,其中包含地面辐射系统,天花板辐射系统,水力输送系统,空调自控系统以及新风除湿系统。欧博诺工程部负责整个项目的方案设计、产品采购、施工指导及监管以及系统调试。
业主通过对于辐射系统的初步了解,从热舒适性、室内空气品质、噪声、气流分布、温湿度控制以及后期维护等方面提出相应要求。
1、区别与传统对流空调(风机盘管、全空气等),辐射系统中辐射换热的比重约为60%,人体通过辐射方式的散热量大大增加,与ASHRAE中所述人体换热舒适模型相似即:对流换热 30%,辐射换热 45%, 蒸发换热 25%。且辐射系统在制冷/供热工况下,降低/提高周围墙体的温度,进一步提高室内环境的舒适性、友好性。
2、由于传统空调末端设备中存在大量的冷凝湿表面,造成冷凝水盘滋生大量菌团,严重危害人体健康。辐射空调末端不存在湿表面,且严格控制室内湿度,提高室内空气的洁净度。
3、辐射空调末端无任何运动部件,故从根本上消除了室内噪声源,给客户提供了极其合理的居住声环境,有益身心健康。
4、对于大多数人群而言,长期处于空调环境下易产生所谓的“空调综合症状”,究其原因主要是由于室内新风量不足、空调系统易产生霉菌、长期的吹风感等产生。如上几点所述,辐射系统可以从根本上消除这三种隐患,可以称之为新一代的“免疫空调”。
由于采用高温冷源,此系统在提升室内热环境舒适度的同时,还能很好的降低空调系统的运行能耗。地面辐射系统采用欧博诺五层阻氧20mmPex-a管道,保证空调循环水的水质,改善冷热源设备的换热性能,延长系统使用寿命。天花板辐射系统采用Teporis预制石膏辐射板,设计工况下单位面积供冷能力可达85W/㎡,免除了用户对于辐射系统供冷能力的后顾之忧。石膏辐射板自带保温层,确保供冷量最大程度的供至空调区域,避免冷热量的浪费。辐射板为模块化施工,安装灵活、便捷,在保证空调效果的同时还能够很好的保证室内装修的美学效果。水力输送系统由混水中心、平衡阀以及输送主管道构成。欧博诺混水中心集成了控制模块、电动三通阀以及循环水泵。保证水力系统的按需、按时分配,智能化的实现水力系统的高效运行。
空调自控系统采用Wave Plus+ Move Plus 整套无线控制系统。消除了常规控制系统中布线环节,施工、维护成本大大降低。且将整个室内、室外设备有机的联系到一起,实现整个系统的高效协调控制。专用除湿新风机采用冷媒+空调冷水的双冷源模式,不仅保证了系统除湿效果且兼顾新风除湿的能耗。新风除湿机对于室内空气品质亦有改善,对于当下关注的TVOC,PM2.5,CO2浓度等关键性参数均实现可控性。
整套辐射空调系统给业主带来一个高舒适度、高能效、高空气品质、高智能的理想室内微气候环境,业主实际体验后给予欧博诺高度的评价。
