Purchase conditions

For purchase of goods as of September 2025, GF General Purchase Conditions 2025 shall apply, unless GF/Uponor and the supplier have agreed otherwise in writing. For purchase of services, GF General Terms and Conditions for Purchasing Services 2024 shall apply, unless GF/Uponor and the supplier have agreed otherwise in writing. 
 

For Purchase of goods before September 2025, Uponor General Terms and Conditions of Purchase from 2022 shall apply.
