At S&H Sun Coast Real Estate, they view the achievement of the BREEAM EXCEPTIONAL certificate—with the highest score ever recorded in Spain—as “confirmation of a highly ambitious initial commitment made over three years ago, when we were beginning to return to a degree of normality following the pandemic. For water management, measures have been implemented to minimise consumption and reduce pollution, and a commitment has also been made to selecting construction materials and finishes that meet sustainability criteria, such as the use of recycled, low-environmental-impact, renewable or certified materials from recognised organisations.

The Value of Invisible Air Conditioning
