Bringing Smatrix Pulse into the Market
by Rose ReubishLast month, I had the opportunity to visit the Utah market with our Director of Segment Marketing, Aaron Stotko, and our Manager of Product Performance and Technical Support, Jeff Wiedemann. During our time, we had the opportunity to meet with customers while also offering a more in-depth introduction to our new wireless control system — Smatrix Pulse.
Smatrix Pulse is the first wireless control system in North America that can manage both radiant heating as well as forced-air heating and cooling for multiple zones throughout a home. The system also connects to a smart home assistant and can also be controlled remotely via an app. And with its unique engineering and autobalancing approach, Smatrix Pulse helps increase energy efficiency and ensure optimal comfort in every room of a home.
During our trip, we had the pleasure of meeting with one of our local reps, Alen Frandsen of Hollabaugh Brothers & Associates, to familiarize him with Smatrix Pulse and provide some in-person training. While he was skeptical at first of the new control, after seeing it in action on a jobsite, his perspective shifted to outright enthusiasm and excitement. Hearing the potential and possibilities of Smatrix Pulse and installing it in a couple high-end luxury mountain homes turned Alen into a believer.
