A three-tower residential, retail, and office complex needed a plumbing solution that enhanced sustainability and offered a simplified installation method.

ACCO Engineered Systems sought a plumbing solution that could be installed in a concrete slab to allow for higher ceilings in the residential units. This type of installation had never been done before by any other plumbing contractor in the city of Los Angeles. Going into the project, they knew they had a tight installation timeline of plumbing one 16-unit floor per week and needed a system that facilitated a quick installation while maintaining reliability. The plumbing subcontractor, ACCO, also wanted a strong product warranty for added confidence.
