Factory training

In-person training for plumbing, fire safety, radiant and hydronics at our factory in Minnesota.

Factory training

Since March 2020, we have adjusted to a new reality in every part of our lives due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Our primary concern is the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners. That commitment covers everything from making sure we are doing our part to “stop the spread” to maintaining business continuity for our customers and partners. Like most companies and institutions, we are closely monitoring the latest information provided by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local governments, and we are adapting our plans to reflect the updated guidelines and evolving situation of COVID-19.

To follow those guidelines and protect our customers, partners, and employees' health and wellbeing, we have postponed all in-person events. While it would be easy to see this online experience as a direct response to our circumstances, the truth is that many may not have been able to visit our factory for training under normal circumstances. Now, we can share the factory experience with everyone, regardless of schedule or the ability to travel to Minnesota.

We encourage you to take the time to participate in one of our online trainings, enroll in a live or recorded webinar, and check out our library of how-to videos.
