Uponor Kitting Services and AquaPEX^® Deliver Efficiency for River Street Apartments 

Rising 43 stories above Lady Bird Lake, 700 River Street is home to 377 luxury apartments in one of Austin’s most sought-after locations. Its prime location in the Rainey Street Historic District offers residents the perfect blend of vibrant city life and in-home comforts. 

To support the building’s performance and long-term reliability, MDS Maintenance installed Uponor AquaPEX^® from ½" to 1½" for unit piping and 2" to 3" for risers and mains. The system also includes Uponor ProPEX^® fittings, multiport tees, and ball valves.  

In addition, Uponor Kitting Services streamlined the installation by delivering prepackaged materials directly to the jobsite, helping to save time, reduce waste, and improve jobsite efficiencies.
