Submit an Uponor warranty claim
In order to submit a warranty claim for evaluation by Uponor, please click the button below. If you're new to the Uponor claims tool, choose "Not a member?" and create a login. You will then be directed to our claims portal where you may provide us with information regarding the issue you have experienced.
You may also write a letter to Uponor at the address below or contact your local Uponor sales representative.

Warranty Claims Information
1. Verify the approximate installation date as well as the repair date of your system.
2. Take photos of the affected area of the property as well as the removed section of the system.
3. Save the removed section to submit with your claim.
Note: Provide these instructions to your contractor to ensure enough pipe is submitted with the claim.
4. Make note of the general area of the property where the issue occurred.
For a plumbing system, ask your contractor the following questions, if needed:
- Was the issue in a wall / ceiling / crawlspace / slab / other?
- Was the issue on a hot-water line or a cold-water line?
- Is your system a hot-water recirculation system?
5. Save a copy of the repair receipt.
6. Get the contact information from the repairing contractor (if not on the receipt):
- Company name
- Point of contact
- Phone number
- Email address (if applicable)
7. After receiving your claim number from the Uponor Warranty Claims Portal, ship the sample along with the claim number in the package.
