Manifolds

The Uponor Commercial Stainless-steel Manifold is used for distribution and loop isolation in hydronic hot-water heating, chilled water, radiant heating and cooling, snow and ice melting, and permafrost prevention (cold storage) applications. The manifold accommodates flows up to 54 gallons per minute (gpm) based on 5 psi manifold pressure drop. The manifold features 1-1/2" distribution ball valves with 1" isolation ball valves on the supply manifold for easy loop isolation along with flow meters on the return manifold to balance the loops from 0-4 gpm. The R25 connections for outlet fittings are sold separately and are available in 5/8" and 3/4" compression or 5/8", 3/4", and 1" ProPEX.

Uponor's 1" Copper Manifold with Lead-free Brass ¹⁄₂" ProPEX® Ball Valve provides simple and easy isolation of individual loops. Sections can sweat together to extend the number of outlets using a standard 1" copper coupling. Both 1" ends are copper pipe size and require a copper end cap, coupling or transition fitting to make the proper system connection. Do not exceed accepted flow rates for 1" nominal copper.

TruFLOW Jr. assemblies with balancing valves and valveless manifolds come fully assembled and ready for installation. The manifold body (1" barrel diameter) ends have R32 unions and the loop outlets have R20 male threads. Maximum recommended flow to the manifold based on manifold body diameter is 14 gallons per minute (gpm).

Designed to replace the A270 Uponor 1" Stainless-Steel Manifold offering, the Uponor Vario S 1" Manifolds are manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and accommodate flows up to 16 gallons per minute (gpm) based on 3 psi manifold pressure drop for residential and commercial radiant heating and cooling applications. The preassembled manifolds come ready to install right out of the box and feature isolation valves, balancing valves with flow meters, and supply and return ball valves with 1" NPT thread and temperature gauges.

EP heating manifold actuator adapters connect the four-wire thermal actuators (A3023522) onto the EP heating manifold. This adapter is included with the A3023522 four-wire thermal actuator.
