Copper valveless manifolds with 1/2" or 3/4" nominal branches are available in various outlet configurations. The manifolds can join together to create the desired number of outlets. Branches are brazed to the manifold trunk. Use Uponor QS-style or ProPEX 1/2" or 3/4" brass sweat adapters to make connections to 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" Uponor AquaPEX tubing. All manifolds require a 1" copper end cap and applicable transition fitting. Note: Maximum recommended flow rates for these manifolds are: 2", 45 gpm; 1 1/2", 21 gpm; 1", 9 gpm.

Uponor's 1" Copper Manifold with Lead-free Brass ¹⁄₂" ProPEX® Ball Valve provides simple and easy isolation of individual loops. Sections can sweat together to extend the number of outlets using a standard 1" copper coupling. Both 1" ends are copper pipe size and require a copper end cap, coupling or transition fitting to make the proper system connection. Do not exceed accepted flow rates for 1" nominal copper.

Uponor's 1" copper manifold is 6 feet in length and features 24 individual ¹⁄₂" ProPEX® lead-free brass outlets spaced three inches on center.1 The manifold is suitable for cutting to any length necessary to achieve the desired number of outlets. ProPEX Tool is required. ProPEX Rings are sold separately.

ProPEX escutcheons with flaired sleeve provide an attractive cover for 1/2" Uponor AquaPEX tubing and ProPEX connections as they exit the wall. Available in white or chrome-plated.
