Stainless-steel manifold assembly, 1" with flow meter

Stainless-steel manifolds feature isolation valves, balancing valves with flow meters, supply and return ball valves with temperature gauges, and come fully assembled, ready for installation. Targeted for commercial and residential radiant heating and cooling applications, the manifolds are available in 1" and 1¹⁄₄" sizes. All manifold supply and return ball valves feature 1" NPT thread except for 1¹⁄₄" manifold assemblies with 8, 10 and 12 loops which feature 1¹⁄₄" NPT. Note: The 1¹⁄₄" manifolds with 2 through 7 loops are strategically designed with 1" NPT ball valves to avoid adding extra costs while maintaining the maximum flow of the manifold assembly.

TruFLOW Jr. assemblies with balancing valves and valveless manifolds

TruFLOW Jr. assemblies with balancing valves and valveless manifolds come fully assembled and ready for installation. The manifold body (1" barrel diameter) ends have R32 unions and the loop outlets have R20 male threads. Maximum recommended flow to the manifold based on manifold body diameter is 14 gallons per minute (gpm).

Vario S 1" stainless-steel manifolds

Designed to replace the A270 Uponor 1" Stainless-Steel Manifold offering, the Uponor Vario S 1" Manifolds are manufactured from durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel and accommodate flows up to 14 gallons per minute (gpm) for residential and commercial radiant heating and cooling applications. The preassembled manifolds come ready to install right out of the box and feature isolation valves, balancing valves with flow meters, and supply and return ball valves with 1" NPT thread and temperature gauges.

EP heating manifold actuator adapters

EP heating manifold actuator adapters connect the four-wire thermal actuators (A3023522) onto the EP heating manifold. This adapter is included with the A3023522 four-wire thermal actuator.

EP heating manifolds

EP heating manifold assemblies feature isolation valves and balancing valves with flow meters, and come fully assembled, ready for installation. The manifolds are available in 2- through 8-loop configurations with a maximum flow of 15.4 gpm. The body ends feature R32 unions and the loop outlets have R20 male threads. The manifold mounts on a bracket (A2670006) that comes with the assembly.Pressure and temperature ratings:

Note: When mounting EP heating manifolds in a cabinet, use EP heating manifold wall cabinet bracket kits (A2603588). If using glycol, use only propylene glycol. Do not use ethylene glycol.

Blue foam staples

Use blue foam staples with PEX foam staplers (E6025000) to secure ³⁄₈", ¹⁄₂", ⁵⁄₈" and ³⁄₄" Uponor PEX to foam board insulation.

Fixing wires

Uponor Fixing Wire is used to attach Uponor PEX tubing to wire mesh or rebar with the aid of the Fixing Wire Twister or the Ratchet-style Fixing Wire Twister.

Manifold wall cabinets, recessed mount

Uponor Manifold Wall Cabinets, Recessed Mount, are designed to be fitted into a 2x4 or 2x6 wall or opening. The cabinets accommodate Uponor Stainless-Steel Manifolds, Uponor Engineered Polymer (EP) Manifolds, or Uponor Commercial Stainless-Steel Manifolds for use in radiant heating and/or cooling, snow and ice melting, turf conditioning, and permafrost prevention (cold storage) applications.
