PEX wall support brackets provide rigid, straight-through support for 1/2" or 3/4" Uponor AquaPEX tubing and 1/2" copper stubs. It features fixed, 2" on-center spacing, and allows the 1/2" Plastic Bend Support (A5250500) to snap into place for 1/2" Uponor AquaPEX tubing as it exits a wall.
PEX-a pipe supports are made of 23-gauge, galvanized steel and are available in 1/2" to 3-1/2" sizes for suspended commercial plumbing and hydronic piping applications, enabling extended support spacing. Each package quantity contains 15 support straps (i.e., three support straps per 9-ft. length).
Plastic bend supports (glass-reinforced nylon) provide a rigid, 45-degree bend and sleeve for 1/2" and 3/4" Uponor PEX tubing.
Plastic bend supports (glass-reinforced nylon) provide a rigid, 90-degree bend and sleeve for 3/8", 1/2" and 3/4" Uponor PEX tubing. The A5250500 1/2" bend support works with PEX wall support brackets (A5750500).
Plastic drop ear bend supports (glass-reinforced nylon) provide a rigid, 90-degree bend and connection-free stub out from a stud wall or floor for 3/8" or 1/2" Uponor PEX tubing.
Use plastic foam staples with Manual Foam Stapler (E6025075) to secure 3/8", 1/2", 5/8" and 3/4" Uponor PEX to rigid foam insulation. Note: Use 1 1/2" Foam Staples (A7015050) for 1" foam and 2 1/2" Foam Staples (A7015075) for 1 1/2" or thicker foam.
Uponor fire sprinkler accessories include the following options sold separately: Fire sprinkler adapter mounting brackets, Fire sprinkler adapter push-on nut (25/package) and Screws. Screws #10 X 1 1/2" pan head, full thread (100/package).
PVC bend supports provide a rigid, 90-degree bend and sleeve for 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1" Uponor PEX tubing runs exiting a concrete slab.
Tube clamps secure 1/2" and 3/4" Uponor PEX tubing products.
Tube talons secure 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4" and 1" Uponor PEX tubing products. Fasteners are included.
Four-wire thermal actuators mount directly onto TruFLOW Classic, TruFLOW Jr. valved, stainless-steel and EP heating manifolds. The actuators provide individual loop flow control on multi-zoned manifolds and feature an end switch for activation of a relay (pump), heat plant or other auxiliary devices. All adapter rings to mount to Uponor manifolds are included in the package. Note: See actuator-to-manifold compatibility table on page 96.
Heat-only thermostats with touchscreen are designed specifically for radiant floor heating. They use fully automatic differential and pulse width modulation (PWM) to ensure each zone or area is comfortable and energy efficient. The touchscreen provides a simple, intuitive display with large, easy-to-read numbers. The thermostat can control room temperature through operative temperature sensing, an optional floor sensor or a combination of both. The floor sensor can be used to maintain warm floors throughout the heating season as well as provide temperature limit protection. The thermostat is designed to operate using two wires, making it simple to install and service.
