Weber Hill Villas consta de 24 viviendas unifamiliares independientes y conectadas que se encuentran junta a un bosque tranquilo con lotes que van desde un cuarto de acre a un acre. Estas viviendas con certificación LEED® y Energy Star® cumplen con la Ley de Estadounidenses con Discapacidades (ADA) y fueron construidas de manera tal que resisten vientos con escombros que soplan a 250 mph. Los sistemas de rociadores contra incendios multiuso se integran fácilmente al sistema de plomería de agua fría de la vivienda, lo que agiliza la instalación y les brinda tranquilidad a los propietarios de viviendas.
