La casa in “Classe A” costruita in provincia di Bergamo è il risultato della sintesi delle migliori tecnologie oggi disponibili, tanto che il concetto di efficienza energetica trova la sua espressione. Il segreto del successo di questo progetto, una realizzazione residenziale che comprende quattro appartamenti di nuova costruzione, sta nell’isolamento termico spinto, utilizzo di fonti di energia rinnovabile, sistema radiante Uponor come sistema di emissione efficiente, ottenenda una perfetta integrazione tra struttura e impianti.

L’isolamento termico è un aspetto fondamente negli edifici in “Classe A”, per questo caso specifico è stato realizzato un cappotto specifico di 16 cm in polistirene e fibra di grafite con coefficiente di resistenza termica alla trasmissione 0,034 W/m2 K, metre il tetto verde in copertura garantisce una perfetta integrazione paesaggistica insieme all’isolamento termico.

Le fonti rinnovabili sono il cuore dell’energia di questo edificio, grazie ad una pompa geotermica che assicura la produzione dell’energia estiva ed invernale mentre la generazione dell’acqua sanitaria è garantita dall’integrazione di pannelli solari termici.

L’impianto a pannelli radianti assicura il riscaldamento invernale e il raffrescamento estivo, tramite l’energia uniformemente distribuita, sfruttando fluidi a bassa temperatura provenienti da fonti alternative. La regolazione della perfetta temperatura degli ambienti è controllata dal sistema di controllo wireless mediante termostati con display LCD e sensore temperatura operante.

“E’ stata la prima volta che ho fatto un lavoro con Uponor, ed è stato un progetto veramente ricco di aspetti interessanti. Stiamo parlando di un edificio con ventilazione meccanica, pompa di calore geotermica, pannelli solari e naturalmente climatizzazione radiante. Abbiamo studiato anche diversi aspetti particolari, come per esempio il materassino fonoassorbente che abbiamo installato nella pavimentazione per ridurre i rumori. L’aspetto molte interessante di questa casa in “Classe A” è la ventilazione meccanica, che garantisce un’aria salubre, grazie al ricambio totale che avviene ogni ventiquattro ore. Gli inquilini sono già entrati e durante l’inverno non hanno riscontrato alcun problema, anzi sono molto contenti. Adesso attendiamo l’estate così ci diranno i benefici dell’impianto in raffrescamento. Era veramente ora che si costruisse anche nella nostra zona un’abitazione moderna, al passo con i tempi. È un edificio ideal per l’ambiente, che taglia tutte le bollette del gas, dato che tutto funziona elettricamente. Una casa che sfrutta il calore della terra per scaldare l’acqua per l’impianto sanitario e di riscaldamento ed è sicuramente il meglio che c’è in termini di benessere. E’ stato dimostrato, infatti, che la ventilazione meccanica aiuta a preservare la salute”
