A 39,000 m2 office complex comprising two buildings with seven floors each in Alcântara, at the riverfront área of the Tagus River in Lisbon, capital of Portugal.
The building is designed by the architects from Saraiva + Associados (S+A) studio. They have applied a development based on the concepts of flexibility and efficiency of spaces, aiming to foster creativity, collaboration, personal and professional growth, and prioritizing people's well-being.
ALLO has been certified with the WIREDSCORE Gold level. This is an internationally recognized certification for commercial buildings that a property possesses reliable, resilient, and high-quality digital infrastructure. It takes into account aspects such as connectivity, security, and sustainability, and has set itself the goal of obtaining WELL and Lead certifications.
