Service-Specific Terms for Smatrix Flow 

1. Introduction 
These Service-Specific Terms together with the Digital Service Terms govern the use of the Smatrix Flow application and service and form a binding agreement between you (the customer or user) and GF. 

2. Who We Are 
The service provider is Uponor GmbH, Industriestrasse 56, 97437 Hassfurt, Germany, referred to as GF. 

3. Service Overview 
Smatrix Flow allows you to control and monitor your heating/cooling installation. Access to the Service is provided via a mobile app.  

4. Registration and Access 
To use the Service, you must: 

• Have Smatrix Flow System including Smatrix communication module 
• Create an individual user account on the GF Digital Platform. 
• Have an Internet connection for remote access. 

GF grants you a limited, non-exclusive right to use GF’s Smatrix Flow IPR as further set out in the GF Digital Service Terms. 

5. Updates 
GF may update the Service from time to time and as mandated by the applicable law or as informed by GF. Otherwise, GF does not guarantee to update the Service in any way or form. 

6. Termination 
You may terminate the Service at any time by leaving the Smatrix Flow installation and deleting your user account in GF Digital. If you are no longer an owner or tenant of the apartment or house where Smatrix Flow is installed you are required to leave the Smatrix Flow installation. 

7. Definitions 
Digital Service Terms: The general terms and conditions covering the use of GF Digital Service available at: GF Digital Service Terms 
GF: the entity providing the service determined in Section 2 
Privacy Statement:  Privacy Statement available at GF Digital Services privacy statement
Service: Smatrix Flow: mobile application and the service (local and cloud processing) 
User: The user of the Smatrix Flow 
Terms not defined in this document are defined in the Digital Service Terms.
