This is how Lamela Architects Studio defines the complex of three residential towers designed by this studio and located on La Misericordia beach, next to the seafront promenade and near the historic center of Malaga.

321 West Sixth Street, Austin, TX

The second-largest high rise in Austin's central business district required a plumbing solution that delivered installation speed and unmatched quality. Austin-based The Porter Company chose Uponor PEX-a and Kitting Services to decrease overall installation time, speed up the planning process, and facilitate quicker construction start times.

Waterline

A mixed-use, commercial and residential supertall skyscraper in Austin – the tallest building in Texas – needed a sustainable heating and cooling solution for a hotel lobby with soaring ceilings as well as a durable, corrosion-resistant domestic water system that could last for decades.

Residential Complex "SVITLO PARK"

SVITLO PARK” is a large-scale residential complex in the “city within a city” format, located on more than 20 hectares on the right bank of the Dnipro River in Kyiv. Luxury High-Rise Benefits from Uponor PEX

Because of its alignment with the bustling culture of innovation in nearby New York City, the developer for 99 Hudson in Jersey City, N.J., wanted a plumbing solution that offered long-standing quality and reliability while the installing contractor required a system that offered the most efficient installation possible to maximize profitability. PEX Drives Efficient In-Slab High-Rise Install

ACCO Engineered Systems sought a plumbing solution that could be installed in a concrete slab to allow for higher ceilings in the residential units. This type of installation had never been done before by any other plumbing contractor in the city of Los Angeles. Going into the project, they knew they had a tight installation timeline of plumbing one 16-unit floor per week and needed a system that facilitated a quick installation while maintaining reliability. The plumbing subcontractor, ACCO, also wanted a strong product warranty for added confidence. They have a long history record and are well versed in high-rise installations, so they wanted a brand that offered support throughout the entire construction cycle to help ensure a smooth installation from start to finish.

The premium residential complex Avalon Prime is filled with essential aesthetics, sense and quality that create a unique atmosphere of comfort. The project is based on a concept that emphasizes the harmony between minimalism and luxury. The architectural idea is inspired by the interplay of light, textures and space. Large panoramic windows, premium materials from leading global manufacturers, and sophisticated interior details create a space where you want to feel every texture.

Greenwich Village on Coolhaven

Very recently, the new Little C building project was completed. Fifteen impressive buildings with New York-style architecture adorn the Rotterdam waterfront near the Euromast. Residential towers bring architectural challenges, including increased pressure on the pipes. Nathan came up with a cost-effective solution.

Oval Village

As part of a close collaboration with Berkeley and Malcolm Building Services, Uponor has supplied its Uni-Pipe PLUS multilayer composite pipe (MLCP) and S-Press PLUS fittings to the Oval Village development in central London. Apartment building Varsta Oy

Line renovations in blocks of flats can be conducted significantly faster and more easily. The Uponor R2I cassette makes for a problem-free renovation. Thanks to advanced prefabrication, the project period is shorter and the risks are lower. The As Oy Varsta company in Turku is the first R2I pilot site. The site will be completed to an expedited schedule.

New apartment building

Two blocks of rental flats were completed at Sokeritehtaantie 15 in Kirkonummi in summer 2015. The new sites were realised with Uponor's R2i elements.

A housing company Petreliuksenrinne

The Petreliuksenrinne housing company controls a group of residential buildings that were constructed in 1969. The company manages 124 flats, which were subject to an overhaul of their water supply and sewerage systems. The floor drains, bathrooms, electricity distribution and antenna systems were also overhauled.

Sampo Ltd multistorey building renovation

Sampo plc has chosen the Uponor technical wall as the solution for the renovation of the damp areas in several blocks of rental flats. The project is expected to run from March 2015 to February 2017. There are a total of 150 flats at the sites.

Underfloor cooling adds value to new construction

Postitalo, the former post office building in downtown Tampere, got a new look in 2017 when it was renovated into new commercial premises and a block of flats was built on top. The heat distribution system of choice was Uponor's underfloor heating and cooling system, which was installed in all flats.

The service flue solution speeded up the construction of a block of flats in Lahti

Two seven-storey blocks of flats were completed in the Mukkula district in Lahti in late autumn 2015. Service flues were installed in a total of 108 flats at Asunto Oy Lahden Timonkadun Helmi on Timonkatu.

The joint renovation project in Maunula – cost savings through co-operation

In the Maunula district of Helsinki, an exquisite joint renovation project is under way. The project, begun in 2012, involves six housing companies. Housing company Hottonia located in Olari, Espoo, had a successful renovation that was finished in September 2018. Everything went according to time schedule and the result was excellent. The renovation was carried out with prefabricated solution Reno Port cassette.

Aleksanterinkatu 5 in Lahti will be completed with R2I blocks

An 8-storey apartment is rising in a former bank district in Lahti. The target will contain 265 apartments and is designed by A1 Arkkitehdit Oy and will be built by Nuorisosäätiö. There are 256 rental apartments reserved for students on floors 2-7. Uponor R2I blocks will be installed in all of the student-apartments in connection with bathroom and kitchen elements. Aleksi 5 is the first new destination in which R2I blocks are being delivered and in which sound-absorbing Decibel drains are used.
