Powered zone controllers

Powered zone controllers include transformers for low-voltage operations and relays to operate line-voltage controls. Fully fuse-protected, they also include an isolated end switch and built-in domestic hot water (DHW) priority switch. The indicator lights show full functionality of the products wired to the controllers. A three-amp delay fuse protects four-zone controllers. A seven-amp delay fuse protects six-zone controllers.

Single-zone snow melt control

Single-zone snow melt controls feature a microprocessor and sensor to effectively melt snow and ice from exterior surfaces. They include a 10K universal sensor and outdoor air sensor and outdoor air sensor for basic control and operation. Note: Refer to the accessories section for additional sensor options.

Wireless base unit

Wireless base units support up to six thermostats and eight actuators (sold separately). The units receive information from the thermostats to open and close the connected actuator(s) and control the flow of water through the loops of PEX tubing in radiant heating systems or supply lines for baseboard applications. The units come with an antenna that mounts directly to the case along with a cable that can be used to remote mount the antenna outside of a metal manifold cabinet. They require 24 VAC for power which can be supplied using the A3500050 50VA transformer. Mounting hardware is included.Note: Not compatible with previous A360 Climate Control Zoning System products.

Wireless expansion module

Wireless base unit expansion modules easily connect to wireless base units to add an additional six thermostats and six actuators (for a total of 12 thermostats and 14 actuators in the system).Tip: The antenna will need to be disconnected and reinstalled on the expansion module when expanding the number of zones.Note: Not compatible with previous A360 Climate Control Zoning System products.

Zone control modules

Zone control modules provide connection between thermostats and their respective actuators or zone valves as well as the connection between the end switches and the pump or boiler relay. They are compatible for use with all two-wire and four-wire Uponor actuators. The modules are internally fused for protection from over current or direct shorts from the power supply transformer. The end switch circuit is also protected from over current, and a two-amp fuse is factory installed.

Smatrix Pulse controllers with communication modules

Smatrix Pulse provides precise wireless control of radiant floor heating as well as forced-air heating and cooling systems in one solution that connects to a smart home assistant and can also be controlled remotely via the Smatrix Pulse App.

The Smatrix Pulse Controller (X-265) with Communication Module (R-208) connects up to six (6) thermostats and eight (8) actuators. The controller operates the actuators, which, in turn, affect the flow of the supply water to change the indoor temperature using information transmitted from the registered thermostats and system parameters.

Smatrix Pulse controllers with antennas

Smatrix Pulse provides precise wireless control of radiant floor heating as well as forced-air heating and cooling systems in one solution. The Smatrix Pulse Controller (X-265) with Antenna (A-265) connects up to six (6) thermostats and eight (8) actuators. The controller operates the actuators, which, in turn, affect the flow of the supply water to change the indoor temperature using information transmitted from the registered thermostats and system parameters.
