El edificio situado en la calle Tutor 16 (Madrid), propiedad de Arquia Inmuebles, ha experimentado una rehabilitación y modernización completa, siendo parcialmente demolido con la fachada estabilizada. Un proyecto diseñado por Tuñón y Albornoz Arquitectos y ejecutado por SANJOSE Constructora, donde destaca la integración de la Climatización Invisible de Uponor en la solera tecnificada Matrics desarrollada por Sistemas Subway.
