Climatización Invisible integrada en solera tecnificada en edificio de oficinas rehabilitado

“El objetivo era finalizar las oficinas con un pulcro solado de granito negro pulido de grandes dimensiones, pero también necesitaba tecnificar e instalar suelo radiante. Con su flexibilidad y capacidad técnica, el sistema Matrics permitió modificar sus dimensiones para adaptarse al tamaño y replanteo del pavimento, pasando a ser los registros técnicos, elementos decorativos además de elementos funcionales”, apunta Daniel Díaz, responsable del Departamento Técnico de Subway.
La solución de Climatización Invisible de Uponor por suelo radiante (calefacción y refrigeración) – con sistema Uponor Klett Autofijación- ha sido integrada en la solera tecnificada Matrics.

La solución de Climatización Invisible de Uponor por suelo radiante

Se trata de una solución para la tecnificación de suelos, especialmente indicada para resolver requerimientos especiales como:  problemas de altura libre o disponer de un espesor muy reducido —desde 4’8cm más pavimento—; necesidad de un suelo sólido, macizo, sin cámara y sin problemas de claqueteos; necesidad de integrar una instalación de suelo radiante, y/o una instalación de ventilación de aire, igualmente por suelo; o, especialmente, cuando se quiere tecnificar un pavimento incompatible con suelos elevados como puedan ser solados de piedra, hormigón visto, terrazo, gres de cualquier formato, continuos, resinas, adoquinados de madera natural en cualquier formato, entarugados, etc.

En palabras de Daniel Díaz, “esta alternativa soluciona las carencias de los suelos técnicos elevados convencionales, y aborda su problemática aportando solvencia y perdurabilidad de la instalación, un sistema capaz de admitir cualquier programa de usos presente pero sobre todo futuro, y especialmente adecuada para edificios de oficinas, para espacios culturales de gran perdurabilidad o para espacios de uso polivalente”.

Un proceso de integración muy innovador
Sobre los requisitos del proyecto básico del estudio de arquitectura-ingeniería se consensuó la solución técnica idónea. “La oficina técnica de Uponor desarrolló las características de la instalación radiante, y ésta se integró en Matrics para ofrecer una única solución optimizada y coordinada. El producto resultante es la solera tecnificada requerida”, describe Daniel Díaz

Los usuarios, propietarios e inquilinos, tendrán la capacidad de desarrollar cualquier uso presente y futuro en las mejores condiciones de confort y eficiencia conocidas en la actualidad, así como la posibilidad de emplear cualquier tipo de pavimento con instalaciones técnicas y de climatización confortable.

Si Matrics incorpora además su red de conductos de aire y difusores por suelo, el cliente resuelve toda la climatización con un solo producto, consumiendo un espesor mínimo. Trabajar con Uponor aporta la seguridad de incorporar los avances en este tipo de instalaciones que permiten que Matrics esté siempre a la vanguardia”, afirma Daniel Díaz.

El reto de las sostenibilidad en el sector terciario

Para Daniel Díaz, “el paradigma de la sostenibilidad es cada vez más frecuente en la arquitectura, y también aumentan las certificaciones ‘verdes’ tipo LEED o BREEAM en el sector terciario, aunque en España, en lo relativo a suelos técnicos, continúa el uso mayoritario de falso suelo con cajas de servicios, que no va en esta línea, siendo soluciones que se han de reemplazar a corto o medio plazo”.

Pese a la progresiva incorporación de productos e instalaciones eficientes en el sector terciario esta tendencia sigue siendo minoritaria. “Afortunadamente el uso del suelo radiante —tanto como instalación superpuesta como de forjados termoactivos—, las mejoras obligadas en los cerramientos de los edificios, y soluciones permanentes como Matrics —que permiten aunar técnico y radiante de un modo realmente eficiente—, están ayudando a incrementar el grado de sostenibilidad de la arquitectura”, concluye Daniel Díaz.
