Changjia Residential Villa in Kunshan (Suzhou), China
Changjia Villa, a private owned residential villa, located in Kunshan (Jiangsu Province) is the first Villa project in China region. The owner of this 250m2 one-story residential villa wants to achieve low energy consumption and at the same time enjoy high level of thermal comfort in his premise. To fulfill client’s requirement, ceiling radiant cooling and floor heating system are selected together with utilization of ground source heat pump to create a comfort indoor climate solution. With 15kW cooling capacity of the ground source heat pump, it serves as the cooling and heating source. The project was completed in December 2016 and is now in operation.

Uponor Teporis ceiling cooling, Uponor PEX-a pipe underfloor heating and invisible supply air duct are installed in the whole villa, except kitchen and bathroom area. DOAS (dedicated outdoor air system) in parallel with radiant cooling system entirely designed by Uponor Asia Engineering & Design, has been applied in the project. 100% of the internal latent load (3.2kW) and 30% of the internal sensible load (3.75kW) are covered by the DOAS. The remaining sensible load (8.75kW) is covered by the Uponor radiant cooling & heating system and controlled by Uponor Smatrix Wave Plus individual room temperature controller. Uponor Smatrix Wave Plus provides individual thermal comfort in each room and at the same time highest energy savings.
Uponor Teporis system is ideal for residential villa. Panels are possible to integrate lighting, ventilation and electrical plug, which give high level of freedom for interior design and furnishing. The absence of radiators, fan coils and other cumbersome devices also help owners to utilize all spaces in the villa. With Uponor Teporis gypsum panel high cooling capacity, energy is exchanging between surfaces and the surrounding areas by radiation with no air movement involved. The temperature of the water in the radiant panels is between 15°C and 18°C in cooling mode and between 35°C and 40°C in heating mode to achieve high level of thermal comfort.

Radonkaivo puhdisti sisäilman
Maaperässä tapahtuneen tärähtelyn vuoksi maavarainen laatta oli liikkunut ja vuonna 1973 rakennettuun omakotitaloon pääsi sisäilmaan radonia. Porvoolainen Leif From alkoi etsiä sopivaa radonratkaisua. Lopputulos yllätti kaikki.
Ylellinen hirsitalo
Sami Kapasen unelmien koti valmistui vuonna 2012 Kallaveden rannalle lähellä Kuopiota. Hirsitalo on yksi suurimmista yksityisperheen omakotitaloista Suomessa. Taloon meni melkein neljän tavanomaisen omakotitalon verran talotekniikkaa.
Pilottikohde toimii edelleen kuin unelma
Ervi ja Liisa Helanto ovat ensimmäisiä Uponor-panospuhdistamon omistajia Suomessa. Vuonna 1999 asennetun panospuhdistamon käyttökokemukset ovat olleet tärkeä osa laitteen kehitystyötä.
Panospuhdistamo on hintansa väärti
Savonlinnalaisen Murtojen perheen vuonna 1845 rakennetun jykevän hirsitalon jätevesijärjestelmä oli uudistettu viimeksi 70-luvulla ja vanhat betonirakenteiset kaivot sekä imeytyskenttä olivat tulleet tiensä päähän. Kun vaihtoehtoina olivat vanhojen kaivojen uusinta tai Uponor-panospuhdistamon hankinta, ei päätöstä tarvinnut kauaa harkita.
Lattialämmityksen säätöpäivitys omakotitaloon Heinolassa
Heinolalaisessa omakotitalossa oli ongelmana lämmön tasainen riittävyys. Ongelma ratkaistiin asentamalla taloon Uponorin langaton lattialämmityksen säätöjärjestelmä, mikä mahdollistaa huonekohtaisen lämpötilan säädön.
Lattiaviilennys lisäsi asumismukavuutta oululaisessa omakotitalossa
Vuonna 2004 rakennettu kaksikerroksinen puuomakotitaloon tehtiin lämmitysremontti vuonna 2011. Samalla talossa ollut Uponorin vesikiertoinen lattialämmitys päivitettiin myös lattiaviilennysjärjestelmäksi.
Omakotitalon putkiremontti valmistui vajaassa kahdessa päivässä
Lahtelaisen perheen v. 1982 valmistuneeseen omakotitaloon tehtiin käyttövesiremontti toukokuussa 2016. Remonttiin päädyttiin, koska ikää talolle oli kertynyt jo 34 vuotta eikä alkuperäisiä putkia ollut vielä vaihdettu.
Kuuden taloyhtiön aluelämpöputkistojen uudistus
Turun Hurttivuoressa sijaitsevilla kuuden taloyhtiön lämpöputkistojen täydellinen saneeraus tuli ajankohtaiseksi vuotojen takia. Keskuksen kaikki eristetyt elementit uusittiin niin, että asukkaat pystyivät asumaan kodeissaan koko remontin ajan.
Omakotitalon radonremontti
Hollolalainen Teemu Saarinen teetti taloon radonmittauksen ja arvojen korkeuden vuoksi päätti asennuttaa tontille Uponor-radonsaneerauspaketin.
Lattiaviilennys testissä ennätyshelteissä
Uuteen 220 neliöiseen omakotitaloon asennettiin Uponorin lattialämmitys- ja -viilennysjärjestelmä. Kesän ennätysmäinen hellejakso sai järjestelmän tositoimiin.
Eroon sisäilman radonista
Vuonna 1987 valmistuneeseen ilomantsilaiseen omakotitaloon asennettiin Uponorin radonjärjestelmä. Aikaisemmin talon radonarvot olivat 1 188 becquereliä. Järjestelmän asentamisen jälkeen radonarvot tippuivat 83:een.
Putket päivässä kuntoon
Omakotitalon 30 vanhat kupariputket vaihdettiin Uponor-komposiittijärjestelmään. Putkiremontti valmistui päivässä. Urakoitsijana toimi Klaukkalalainen LVI-Dalton Oy.
Käyttövesi- ja lämmitysputket kerralla kuntoon
Tage ja Marjo Mattsson päättivät toteuttaa käyttövesi- ja patteriputkistoremontin syksyllä 2014. Talo oli tuolloin 38 vuotta vanha, samoin talon putkistot. Kokonaisuudessaan remontti kesti vain pari viikkoa.
Pappilasta energiatehokas koti
Vuonna 1950 valmistuneen omakotitalon käyttövesi- ja lämmitysputkistoremontti valmistui 2014. Remontin tarkoituksena oli tehdä talosta energiatehokkaampi.
Lattialämmityksellä ja -viilennyksellä mukavat asumisolot hirsitaloon
Äänekosken Suolahdella sijaitsevan uuden hirsitalon lattialämmityksen ja -viilennyksen ohjaus hoituu jatkossa Uponor Smatrix Pulse -säätöjärjestelmällä ja lämmönlähteenä on NIBEn maalämpöpumppu. Uponor ja NIBE vastasivat uuden talon lämmityksen ja viilennyksen suunnittelusta ja mitoituksesta.
