Trasforma il vecchio in nuovo con Uponor Minitec

Quale impianto di riscaldamento è adatto per raggiungere gli attuali standard nella riqualificazione di due edifici residenziali degli anni '60? Questa era la domanda che si è posto il proprietario del complesso immobiliare AREA 2.4 a Brusaporto. Il complesso, inserito in un ampio parco privato, è situato in una zona molto tranquilla del paese, lontano dal traffico e dai rumori, ai piedi della collina di Brusaporto. Entrambi gli edifici – House 2 e House 4 – comprendono ciascuno dodici appartamenti trilocali per una superficie totale di circa 2.100 metri quadrati. Durante la ristrutturazione, il proprietario ha posto grande attenzione nel fornire ai futuri inquilini il massimo livello di comfort abitativo possibile: gli appartamenti destinati alla locazione sono spaziosi ed eleganti, dotati di cucina e bagni arredati. Il vecchio generatore di calore – una caldaia a gas metano ad alta temperatura da 460 kW – è stato sostituito da quattro caldaie a condensazione da 35 kW ciascuna.

Ottime prestazioni in uno spessore ridotto

Le esigenze di comfort interessavano anche la distribuzione del calore. In origine era previsto un classico impianto di riscaldamento radiante a pavimento. Dal confronto tra il cliente, il costruttore, il termotecnico Dario Lecchi, l'installatore Paolo Oppizzi e Diego Bossini, referente Uponor, si è optato per una soluzione diversa: Uponor Minitec, il sistema basso spessore e bassa inerzia, particolarmente indicato per la ristrutturazione. "Il sistema Uponor Minitec è molto sottile ma offre al contempo un'elevata resa termica e inoltre offre il pacchetto con isolante acustico, aspetto quest'ultimo molto importante per il cliente", afferma il termotecnico Dario Lecchi.
Molto soddisfatta di Uponor Minitec anche la ditta di installazione, OP Termoidraulica: "Il sistema è davvero molto semplice e veloce da installare, cosa sempre importante vista la tempistica e il budget. Lo riutilizzerei e lo consiglierei a chiunque faccia il nostro lavoro", spiega il titolare Paolo Oppizzi.
Il complesso ha potuto ottenere la certificazione energetica in classe B grazie anche a Uponor Minitec. Un edificio in classe B consuma meno di 50 KW/h di calore per metro quadro all'anno, con cinque metri cubi di gas naturale per metro quadro previsto all'anno.
 
Una soluzione con diversi componenti in soli 34 millimetri
Il pacchetto Uponor Minitec con isolamento termico e acustico con massetto a basso spessore è un sistema certificato, risultato di una partnership tra Uponor, Isolmant e Knauf. Per combinare l'isolamento termico e acustico, viene posato prima il materassino acustico IsolTile di Isolmant, seguito dall'isolamento in polistirene estruso XPS con una resistenza alla compressione di 400 Kpa e infine i pannelli autoadesivi Uponor Minitec sono dotati di bugne che accolgono le tubazioni in PE-Xa da 9,9 mm. In combinazione con il massetto autolivellante Knauf NE425, si crea un sistema certificato con spessore totale di 34 mm e un valore di abbattimento acustico di 21 dB.
 
I riscontri positivi di Uponor Minitec
Nel complesso edilizio AREA 2.4 sono stati installati complessivamente 1.800 mq di pannelli Uponor Minitec, 1.800 mq di isolamento XPS e 18.000 metri di tubo. Dopo la posa dei circuiti di riscaldamento, le estremità dei tubi sono state collegate ai collettori Uponor Vario M. Uponor Minitec, grazie al suo basso spessore, è veloce da regolare, con conseguente elevato livello di comfort per l'utente, e molto efficiente dal punto di vista energetico grazie alle basse temperature dell'impianto. Uponor ha supportato I diversi soggetti coinvolti nel progetto.

La referenza di Brusaporto è un altro risultato della nostra pluriennale collaborazione con lo studio di progettazione Dario Lecchi. Uponor Minitec ha soddisfatto in modo convincente le richieste del cliente. Il termotecnico e gli installatori sono stati molto soddisfatti e anche per me è stato un cantiere di grande successo", afferma Diego Bossini, referente Uponor.
