Service-Specific Terms for EcoMate

Introduction

These Service-Specific Terms govern the use of the EcoMate service and form a binding agreement between you (the customer or user) and GF, together with the Digital Service Terms and the Order Form with which you have bought the Service.

Who We Are

The service provider is the GF company defined in your Order Form.

Service Overview

EcoMate allows you to control and monitor your drinking water installation. Access to the Service is provided via web interface.

Registration and Access

To use the Service, you must:

• Have EcoMate Automation System and purchase the Service.
• Create an individual user account for remote access.
• Have an Internet connection for remote access.

Updates

GF may update the Service from time to time and as mandated by the applicable law. Otherwise, GF does not guarantee to update the Service in any way or form.

Termination

You may terminate the Service at any time in the web interface of the Service. The Service will be terminated as of the last day of the month of your termination.

Definitions

Digital Service Terms: The general terms and conditions covering the use of GF Digital Service.
GF: the entity providing the service determined in Section 2.
Privacy Statement: the Privacy Statement available at GF Digital Services privacy statement | Uponor
Service: EcoMate
User: The user of the EcoMate Service.
Terms not defined in this document are defined in the Digital Service Terms.
