Application information

Specification

- It is manufactured with the latest generation of multilayer (three different layers) polypropylene technology according to the requirements of EN 1451, EN 13501 and EN 14366 standards. The pipe diameters range from 58 mm to 200 mm. The system also includes bases and fittings with additional accessories.

Silenta Premium is suitable for various wastewater types and areas of use, including:
- Office buildings, schools, hospitals, hotels, residential buildings
- Sustainable/green buildings
- Industrial facilities (short- and long-term use)
- Domestic sewage and rainwater
- Wastewater from kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, toilets, and similar spaces in households or equivalent facilities (e.g., hotels, retirement homes, sports centers, office buildings)

Commercial/Industrial Wastewater:
-For untreated wastewater containing harmful substances, verify chemical resistance of pipes, fittings, and gaskets using the Polypropylene Resistance List.
- Consult the manufacturer for final approval.
- Required details for assessment:
-Substance composition
-Concentration and pH values
-Quantities and flow rates
-Wastewater temperature

Concrete Installation Guidelines:
Silenta Premium can be embedded in concrete if manufacturer instructions are followed:
- Proper fastening and securing of pipes to prevent displacement (use claws, especially at direction changes)
- Allow for thermal expansion
- Seal sleeves with adhesive tape to prevent concrete ingress
- Perform leak test before pouring concrete
- Fill pipes with water to increase weight and prevent floating during concreting
