Viviendas unifamiliares dotadas con el mejor sistema de climatización todo el año

Urbanización compuesta por 80 chalets de cuatro dormitorios, pareados y adosados, distribuidos en 2 plantas, con aparcamiento en parcela privativa de hasta de 250 m2, en una superficie de 28.800m2 (13.000 m2 edificables). La promoción ha sido desarrollada por Habitat Inmobiliaria, promotora con más de 68 años de experiencia y más de 60.000 viviendas entregadas.

Habitat Jardines de Rivas ha sido diseñada por Rubio Arquitectura, firma internacional dirigida por Carlos Rubio Carvajal, con más de 30 años de experiencia en proyectos de arquitectura, urbanismo y paisajismo.

Cada una de las viviendas ofrece Climatización Invisible de Uponor por suelo radiante con Uponor Klett, con calefacción para el invierno y refrigeración para el verano, y sistema de control y regulación Smatrix Pulse.

Urbanización ubicada en la localidad de Rivas-Vaciamadrid, a 14 kilómetros del parque del Retiro, esta ciudad es uno de los municipios de la Comunidad de Madrid con mayor crecimiento en los últimos años, que destaca por su calidad de vida y su proximidad al centro de la ciudad.

Habitat Jardines de Rivas combina un diseño moderno y funcional, y a través del sello ‘Calidad Habitat’ está concebida para que los propietarios puedan disfrutar de sus espacios con las últimas tecnologías y sistemas que hacen que sus viviendas sean sostenibles, personalizables, seguras y saludables. Los chalets tienen además Certificación Spatium ‘Espacios Seguros y Saludables’.

La producción de agua caliente sanitaria y de climatización está impulsada por aerotermia. Cada vivienda dispone de Climatización Invisible Uponor por suelo radiante (calefacción y refrigeración) controlado mediante Uponor Smatrix Pulse - ubicado en cada dormitorio y en el salón-, sistema de control de temperatura con conexión Smart Home que permite alcanzar el máximo confort en el interior.

Además del sistema de aerotermia, Jardines de Rivas completa su compromiso con la sostenibilidad con la disposición de 6 paneles fotovoltaicos en cada una de las 80 viviendas para configurar la instalación eléctrica del proyecto.

Underfloor heating for single family home with Comfort E

Uponor’s electric underfloor heating system, Comfort E, was installed to a single family house, built in 1984, during the renovation project. Electric underfloor heating was carried out throughout the house, except for the sauna and shower rooms, which are still under planning.

Getting rid of indoor radon

Uponor's radon system was installed in a detached house in Ilomantsi, completed in 1987. Previously, the radon values in the house were 1,188 becquerels. After installing the system, the radon values dropped to 83.

Luxury family log house

A pilot project that still works like a dream

Ervi and Liisa Helanto were among the first to own a Uponor biological treatment plant in Finland. The plant was installed in 1999. The user feedback that has been obtained since then has played an important role in the development of the device.

The biological treatment plant is worth its price

The Murto family, from Savonlinna, Finland, live in a sturdy log cabin built in 1845. The waste water system of the house had last been overhauled in the 1970s and the old concrete wells and absorption field had reached the end of their lifecycle. The choice was between renovating the old wells and getting an Uponor biological treatment plant, and the decision was not difficult to make.

Six housing companies located in the Hurttivuori district in Turku have a joint heating plant – Nokikana Oy. The terraced houses, which were built between 1975 and 1977, contain a total of 104 flats. Heating and water are supplied to all flats by a joint heating plant. Renovating the piping system became a necessity due to leaks. The plant's insulated elements were renovated in such a way that all residents were able to live in their homes for the entire duration of the renovation.
