Un bâtiment à vocation scientifique économe en énergie

L’Etablissement Public d’Aménagement Paris Saclay (EPAPS) est en charge de l’aménagement de la ZAC du Quartier de l’Ecole Polytechnique, qui vise à développer un quartier mixte à vocation scientifique forte. Cette ZAC est située à l’Est du Plateau de Saclay sur le site de l’Ecole Polytechnique déjà implantée.

La future implantation accueillera une gamme variée d’activités propres à l’Institut Mines - Télécom : formations, recherches, transfert et innovation, ainsi qu’un pôle de restauration avec restaurant administratif et universitaire et une cafétéria. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yyUuXpY5Us)
L’ilot de l’Institut Mines Télécom est situé dans la « bande centrale » du quartier de l’Ecole Polytechnique ; la bande centrale est une séquence urbaine d’environ 60ha positionnée d’Est en Ouest, de sorte à répartir la densité urbaine sur environ 2 km au plus proche des bâtiments existants ou engagés.
L’école, actuellement en construction, aura une surface de plancher de 40 000m2.

Un projet qui intègre la dalle active Uponor grâce au sérieux de ses équipes

Grâce au travail de François Murguet, c'est pour sa qualité et ses performances que la Dalle Active Uponor a été préconisée par le bureau d'étude OTEIS. Notre système Contec va permettre la diffusion de la chaleur et du rafraîchissement par le plancher et le plafond fournissant une émission douce et confortable pour les usagers Avec ses 40 000m2 de plancher, ce bâtiment représente un véritable défi technique, il a en effet fallu réaliser les plans pour 1878 modules répartis en 265 références différentes représentant 15 862 m2 de surface active.

La dalle active, une solution économe dans les bâtiments à haute performance énergétique

L’IMT, a particulièrement mis l'accent sur la necessité de concevoir un bâtiment à consommations énergétiques limitées, et plus particulièrement dans la gestion du chauffage et de refroidissement de celui-ci. La solution de chauffage et de rafraîchissement Uponor s’appuie sur la performance énergétique d’une chaufferie gaz à condensation haut rendement et un système de dalle active. La production de chaleur pour le chauffage sera assurée par une chaufferie gaz à condensation, parfaitement adaptée à une émission basse température. 

Les productions de chaud et froid (IMT et restaurant) se font via des échangeurs raccordés sur les réseaux de chaud et de froid urbain IDEX. Une production d’eau glacée secours est prévue pour la salle serveurs et une production d’eau glacée secours pour le process. Une dalle active diffusera la chaleur et le rafraîchissement par le plancher et le plafond fournissant une émission douce et confortable pour les usagers.

Deichman is equipped with Thermally Active Building System - a system for storing the energy in the concrete ceiling. It is primarily a cooling system, but it can also be used as a heating system. When in cooling mode, no energy is used as the heat is drawn into the concrete, only when it is transferred from the concrete and into the water pipes that are cast in the decking. The need for installed power is reduced, and operating expenses are significantly reduced as opposed to in a air-based cooling system. The TABS is cast into the Prefab elements, which is a BubbleDeck construction with spans up to 10.5 meters.
