Une qualité de vie durable à Sargans
Le nouveau lotissement doit en plus offrir une qualité de vie durable. Certains bâtiments du parc de la gare offrent, dans une organisation particulière en face de la cour de la gare et des bus, une protection particulière pour les bâtiments de logement orientés sur la cour. Un environnement vert dans le parc naturel situé à proximité est offert pour se détendre pendant son temps libre. Dans trois bâtiments, un total de 8.000 m² de surface de bureau et de vente est planifié, dans sept autres bâtiments, 40 logements en location et 40 logements exclusifs en propriété seront également construits.

Utilisation de la géothermie proche de la surface
Le parc de la gare constitue actuellement (2010) le plus grand objet avec de la géothermique proche du sol en Suisse. Il a été commencé en avril 2010, la finalisation prévisionnelle de l'objet étant alors prévue pour avril/mai 2012. L'entrepreneur général est Bauengineering.com AG de Choire, le développeur de projet est Swissbuilding Concept AG de Saint-Gall, l'installateur est l'entreprise Lippuner-EMT à Grabs et pour l'architecture particulière, le cabinet d'architectes  Giubbini Architekten, ETH SIA AG, Choire est à disposition.

Uponor collabore avec un service de chantier
L'ensemble du projet de la gare repose sur un concept sophistiqué d'installations techniques avec l'utilisation écologique de la chaleur du sol. Pour garantir un développement durable à long terme, le maître d'ouvrage et le planificateur accorde une grande importance au choix de solutions de système de grande qualité. La décision quant au partenaire de géothermie s'est portée sur Uponor. Du côté d'Uponor, Hans Jörg Schwarz, directeur général d'Uponor AG, a collaboré en tant que consultant.

Des pieux énergétiques ont été utilisés
Le maître d'ouvrage a décidé d'utiliser la géothermie proche du sol et ainsi des pieux énergétiques. Pour la récupération de la chaleur du sol, env. 38 000 m de tuyaux Uponor PE-Xa ont été utilisés. Sur le chantier, les pieux énergétiques ont été jusqu'à présent plantés et ensuite, les fondations ont été surélevées. Des pièces lourdes en béton peuvent être non seulement utilisées comme élément porteur mais le béton peut être également utilisé efficacité comme accumulateur thermique. Des pieux dits de fondation sont utilisés en plus. En principe, chaque surface de béton peut être aménagée en conséquence. La mise en place des échangeurs thermiques peut uniquement avoir lieu lors de la construction de l'ouvrage.

Utilisation effective et efficace de la chaleur
L'avantage économique réside avant tout dans le fait que de seuls les composants devant être construits dans tous les cas pour des raisons statiques sont utilisés. Il n'y a ainsi aucun travail supplémentaire de perçage ou de pose, comme pour les collecteurs géothermiques ou les sondes géothermiques. Une géothermique proche de la surface utilise l'énergie qui est accumulée dans les couches supérieures de la terre jusqu'à 400 m ou dans les nappes phréatiques. Les températures de 8-12 degrés qui règnent ici peuvent être utilisées de diverses manières et servent à mettre à disposition la chaleur et le froid pour chauffer et refroidir le bâtiment. Une solution optimale pour la construction du complexe du parc de la gare à Sargans.

Deichman is equipped with Thermally Active Building System - a system for storing the energy in the concrete ceiling. It is primarily a cooling system, but it can also be used as a heating system.
