L’immeuble Delta Green, bâtiment autonome en énergie a intégré depuis 2017 la dalle active Uponor

Delta Green est le premier bâtiment autonome en énergie de la métropole nantaise livré en 2017, sur le Parc d’Ar Mor à St Herblain (44). Sa surface est de 4608 m2 répartis sur quatre niveaux. Il accueille les 380 postes de travail.

Le contexte et la mise en oeuvre 

“Et si on débranchait ? “ C’est cette question posée en 2016 par le promoteur GALEO et l’agence CR&ON Architectes qui a donné naissance au projet Delta Green.

L’idée forte du programme Delta Green est alors de développer un bâtiment réellement économe en énergie capable de stocker sur site. 

Le bâtiment a obtenu la certification Passiv’haus.

La solution choisie grâce à notre équipe

La relation entretenue entre l'équipe de région Ouest d'Uponor et le bureau d'ingénierie le Delta a permis de convaincre l'installateur d'analyser la solution proposée par Uponor.La présentation réalisée par Michel Applagnat, chef produit et de Laurent Hullard, responsable de secteur chez Uponor France, a su montrer le sérieux de notre organisation et la performance technique de la solution de dalle active. Celle-ci a donc été choisie pour couvrir une surface de 4500 m2 pour un coût de travail de 85000 €. Grâce à François Murguet qui a suivi la mise en œuvre du projet a pu devenir vraiment efficient.

Le bâtiment repose sur 4 piliers : 

ÉVITER de consommer de l’énergie en réduisant au maximum les consommations en équipant le bâtiment de solutions économes en énergie, telles qu’une dalle active, un triple vitrage isolant, une VMC double flux.

 PRODUIRE plus d’énergie que celle qui est consommée par le bâtiment. Les panneaux photovoltaïques permettent à l’immeuble de produire 520 MWh d’énergie primaire contre 476 MWh de consommation. 

STOCKER en partie l’énergie produite grâce à la mise en place d’une station hydrogène, pour la réutiliser lors de périodes de déficit énergétique.

UTILISER sensibiliser les occupants afin qu’ils prennent conscience de l’impact énergétique de leurs comportements. Dans le bâtiment le chauffage et le rafraichissement est assuré par un complexe de dalles actives et par un système PAC sur sondes verticales en géocooling. Ce mode d’émission assure une consommation réduite en énergie et un confort très élevé pour les occupants.

Utiliser la solution dalle active Uponor, une solution préconisée pour les projets haute performance énergétique.

La solution de dalle active développée par Uponor s’avère idéale pour une installation dans les bâtiments nouvelle génération. Ce n’est donc pas la première fois que celle-ci est choisie dans un projet haute performance énergétique. 

EFFICACITE ET ÉCONOMIE : Le système consomme très peu d’énergie grâce à son fonctionnement à très basse température. Système simple : baisse de plus de 30% des coûts de maintenance et d’utilisation. 

ENVIRONNEMENT CONFORTABLE: Absence de bruit, de courant d’air ou de poussière offrant un environnement confortable, agréable et sain. 

INSTALLATION RAPIDE : Ses modules sur mesure permettent au système de s’adapter totalement aux spécificités du bâtiment et rendent l’installation facile et rapide. 

FIABILITÉ RECONNUE : La fiabilité de la solution est reconnue. En effet, celle-ci a été installée dans plus de 1000 bâtiments équipés depuis 1997 et dans tout type de climats.
