The development has been built in a single phase (2- to 5-bedroom homes) and every detail has been carefully considered in its design, such as the generous floor space in each room, which is further enhanced by the complete freedom to decorate as you wish, thanks to the Uponor Invisible Climate Control underfloor heating and cooling system, which eliminates obstacles such as air conditioning units or radiators.
The building services engineering has been designed to ensure high energy efficiency and to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs.
The project has been awarded the BREEAM® Sustainable Construction certification.

With an A energy rating and BREEAM® certification, the efficiency of AEDAS Homes Qian centres on an air-source heat pump system that harnesses the thermal energy present in the air and transfers it into the home to activate the Uponor solutions, providing heating, cooling and domestic hot water.
This comprehensive system delivers significant savings in energy costs and reductions in direct CO₂ emissions, achieving, for example, renewable energy production accounting for 60% of the total energy consumption for domestic hot water, or ensuring that between 66% and 80% of the heat generated by air-source heat pumps comes from the outside air at no cost to the owners. An ecosystem committed to sustainability, combined with photovoltaic solar panels.
In addition, the homes at AEDAS Homes Qian feature the Uponor Smatrix Pulse system, which allows for smart control via a mobile app and voice commands, as well as Uponor Quick & Easy plumbing and concealed Uponor Multiclick shut-off valves, which create a cleaner, more aesthetic design.
