Qian is a new-build development offered by AEDAS Homes in Majadahonda. An eco-living project situated on a 32,500 m² site, featuring an architectural design comprising 210 high-quality homes created by the Lamela Architecture Studio.

The Pignatelli project by AEDAS Homes in Zaragoza comprises 65 homes in a prime location within the city. Construction of the development is due to be completed in 2023, and it has generated high demand due to its design, high-quality finishes and energy efficiency. The project will have an A energy rating and BREEAM certification.

The second-largest high rise in Austin's central business district required a plumbing solution that delivered installation speed and unmatched quality. Austin-based The Porter Company chose Uponor PEX-a and Kitting Services to decrease overall installation time, speed up the planning process, and facilitate quicker construction start times.

For the conversion of the historic building, the planners relied on decentralized apartment stations from KaMo and floor heating and cooling from Uponor.
