Nye Deichmanske bibliotek – Bjørvika, Oslo

Bygget ligger i Bjørvika, rett ved siden av den norske Opera. Totalt areal er ca 23.500 m2 fordelt på 5 etasjer over bakken og 2 etasjer under bakken.
Deichman har 4 etasjer utstyrt med TABS – Termisk aktive dekker. Dette er et kjøle- og varmekonsept der vi magasinerer energien i betongdekkene. Nytt i Norge, men et velprøvd konsept i sentrale deler av Europa. Uponor har prosjektert og levert materiell til mer enn 1.000 bygg med TABS siden 1997.
TABS – Termisk aktive dekker er et prinsipp for termisk aktivering av betongdekkene. Overskuddsvarmen i rommet magasineres i dekket over, og trekkes ut av bygget via vannførende rør innstøpt i betongen. Kjølekapasiteten er 60 W/m2.
Romtemperaturen vil variere fra en valgt starttemperatur, f.eks. 20 grader, om morgenen og øke til et valgt max.nivå, f.eks. 25 grader – som ofte inntreffer på slutten av arbeidsdagen. Da starter sirkulasjonspumpen for kjølevannet. Temperaturspranget velges etter byggets bruksområde, og er valgfritt.
I varmemodus kan TABS-dekkene levere 30 W/2. Deichman er et passivhus, med et varmebehov på ca 15 W/2. Effekten reguleres ved hjelp at sirkulasjonsvannets turtemperatur

Uponor engasjement

8.000 kvadratmeter inngår i Uponors leveranse

Bygget bruker ikke energi til kjøling i den fasen der overskuddsvarmen trekkes inn i betongen.

Kun når vi trekker den ut av betongen og inn i vannet. Ventilasjonsanlegget bidrar hverken til kjøling eller oppvarming i bygget. TABS klarer dette allene.
TABS er en dirkete årsak til at bygget har mindre behov for tilført energi. Drifstkostnadene vil også reduseres betydelig sammenlignet med et konvensjonelt luftbasert kjølesystem.
Det benyttes biaksiale elementer – BubbleDeck – med innstøpte TABS-rør som monteres inn allerede i Prefab-fasen på betongfabrikken i Telemark. BubbleDeck bygges opp av store plastkuler som ligger tett inntil hverandere omkranset av armeringsjern. Dette blir heist ned i et betongbad der høyden på betongdekket blir ca 7 cm. Ferdig herdet ser dekket ut som et Platondekke med delvis innstøpte plastkuler omkranset av armeringsjern.
BubbleDeck elementene er nummererte, og alle har en unik plass i bygget. Deichman har en komplisert geometrisk form. Dette medfører mange forskjellig former og størrelser på elementene. TABS-anlegget er derfor tilpasset hvert enkelt element – ca 480 forkjellige størrelser. Når alle dekkene er heist på plass, blir hele dekket utstøpt til en totalt høyde på 40 cm.
Oppe på betongdekket blir det montert et opphøyet gulv med stålbein. Dette er også 40 cm, og vil fungere som teknisk mellometasje. Ventilasjonsluften blir også fordelt i dette mellomgulvet ved hjelp av fortrengningsventilasjon.
BubbleDeck – elementene med TABS skal være ferdig montert i bygget medio juli 2017.

Uponor leverer også fordelere og rørføringer i mellomgulvet. I tillegg skal det leveres rørsystemet for tappevann .

Deichman skal stå klart til overlevering i løpet av 2019.

Due to the interest rates of the floor structures, underfloor heating at Uponor's new head office required a solution that would raise the floor surface as little as possible. A functional result was achieved with an unusual implementation, low-structure underfloor heating plates, which are mainly used in renovations of detached houses, and which increase the floor height by only 15 millimetres.
