Komforta tehnoloģijas augstceltnē

Grand Tower Frankfurt, kas šobrīd ir augstākais dzīvojamais komplekss Vācijā, tika pabeigts 2020. gada jūnijā. Tas ir viens no ievērojamākajiem Uponor projektiem uzņēmuma vēsturē. Tajā ir vairāk kā 400 dzīvokļu, kuros uzstādīti Uponor decentralizētas apkures sistēmas bloki (HIU). Tā kā tas ir luksusa līmeņa projekts un prasības mājas apkurei un dzesēšanai tika noteiktas pašas augstākās, Uponor piedāvāja savu izstrādāto risinājumu, kas nodrošina optimālu un individuālu temperatūras kontroli ēkas iedzīvotājiem. Kompaktie bloki tika piegādāti jau pilnībā nokomplektēti, tādējādi paātrinot to uzstādīšanu objektā.

Papildus šiem blokiem tika uzstādīti vairāk kā 300 000 metri Uponor Comfort Pipe cauruļu grīdas apsildes un dzesēšanas sistēmai.

Apkure un dzesēšana: vairāk kā 400 Uponor decentralizētas apkures sistēmas bloki | 300,000 m Uponor Comfort Pipe 16 x 1.8 mm apkures caurules

Grand Tower Frankfurt var lepoties ar iespaidīgu, dinamisku arhitektūru, kā arī ekskluzīvu komforta līmeni tā iedzīvotājiem. Revolucionārais projekts jau pirms tā pabeigšanas saņēma daudzas prestižas balvas, piemēram, Vācijas dizaina balvu un Starptautisko īpašuma balvu 2017.
47 stāvu dzīvojamajā augstceltnē tās iedzīvotājiem pieejams vestibils ar pavadoni, 1000 m2 liels jumta dārzs un sauļošanās zona 145 metru augstumā. Dzīvokļu izmēri ir no 41 līdz 300 m2, no logiem līdz griestiem paveras iespaidīgs skats uz Frankfurti un Taunus reģionu.

 
Karstuma un aukstuma pārneses punkti
Šīs augstās prasības attiecībā uz elastību un komfortu atspoguļojas debesskrāpī izmantotajā apkures un dzesēšanas padevē, kuras pamatā ir centralizētās siltumapgādes savienojums ar jaudu 2,5 MW un divi dzesētāji, kas uzstādīti uz jumta, katrs ar jaudu 600 kW. Siltuma saskarnes vienības kalpo kā siltuma un aukstuma pārneses punkti uz dzīvojamajām zonām. Tie tiek piegādāti ar sildīšanas un dzesēšanas ūdeni caur stāvvadiem un izmanto integrētus siltummaiņus, lai nodrošinātu skaidru sistēmas atdalīšanu, kā arī uz pieprasījumu balstītu enerģijas sadali atsevišķiem patērētājiem. Apakšējos stāvos, līdz 42. stāvam, dzīvojamās telpas ir aprīkotas ar grīdas apsildi / dzesēšanu un vannas istabas radiatoru, bet augšējos stāvos telpu dzesēšanu nodrošina arī griesti.

Individuāls komforts

Primārā un sekundārā apkures un dzesēšanas kontūru atdalīšanai daudzdzīvokļu mājās ir vairākas priekšrocības. Iedzīvotāji var izmantot šos blokus, lai istabas temperatūru pielāgotu individuālām vajadzībām pilnīgi neatkarīgi no kopējās sistēmas. Tas attiecas arī uz automātisku pārslēgšanos starp apkures un dzesēšanas režīmu, kas ievērojami palielina dzīves komfortu. Sešvirzienu lodveida vārsts, kas integrēts decentralizētajā HIU, nodrošina to, ka patērētāji vienmēr tiek droši nodrošināti ar nepieciešamo karstā un aukstā ūdens plūsmas ātrumu gan apkures, gan dzesēšanas režīmā.

Tā kā dzīvokļi ir savā starpā nesaistīti, ja sarežģītajā sistēmā rodas darbības traucējumi, kļūmes avotu var ātri noteikt. Ja bojājums meklējams dzīvojamā platībā, pārējā apkures / dzesēšanas sistēmas daļa remonta laikā pilnībā darbosies. Šīs vienības arī ļauj ērti modificēt dzesēšanas griestus, jo nepieciešamie savienojumi jau ir pieejami un to var veikt, neietekmējot pārējo sistēmu.
 
 
Droši un sertificēti
 
Tajā pašā laikā stāvvados ir nepieciešams augsts spiediens, lai nodrošinātu uzticamu enerģijas sadalījumu un efektīvi sabalansētu decentralizētas apkures sistēmas blokus. Šim nolūkam tika veiktas plašas pārbaudes izmantotajiem cauruļvadiem, lai tos sertificētu nominālajam spiedienam līdz PN 25.

Lielu lomu līguma slēgšanā spēlēja tas, ka Uponor sistēmas blokus varēja pielāgot ēkas stingrajām prasībām. Turklāt Uponor sniedza projekta partneriem padomus un atbalstu. Svarīga bija arī  iespēja sistēmas blokus ražot un piegādāt pa 10 vienībām nedēļā.

An 8-storey apartment is rising in a former bank district in Lahti. The target will contain 265 apartments and is designed by A1 Arkkitehdit Oy and will be built by Nuorisosäätiö. There are 256 rental apartments reserved for students on floors 2-7. Uponor R2I blocks will be installed in all of the student-apartments in connection with bathroom and kitchen elements. Aleksi 5 is the first new destination in which R2I blocks are being delivered and in which sound-absorbing Decibel drains are used.
