Plast sikrer kondensfri udluftning på ny hospitals- og forskningsenhed

Når Aarhus Universitetshospitals nyeste hospitals- og forskningsafdeling, AUH Forum, står klar, er det med store krav til konstante temperaturer, god luftkvalitet og indeklima. Uponor blev valgt som leverandør på den underjordiske ventilationsløsning, hvor plast sikrer kondensfri rør.

Uponors rolle

130 m ø600 Weholite-rør med 16 bøjninger. 30 m ø1800 Weholite rør med 3 stk. ø1400 manifoldsafgreninger. 60 m ø3000 Weholite-rør med 3 stk. ø1800 manifoldsafgreninger og bøjninger.

Den sidste store brik i opbygningen af det nye Aarhus Universitetshospital er undervejs. AUH Forum bliver 14 etager højt og skal blandt andet indeholde et patienthospital og faciliteter til medicinsk forskning. Bygningen skal efter planen stå færdig medio 2022, og allerede nu summer byggepladsen af aktivitet, mens fundamentet til bygningens omfattende ventilationsanlæg sættes i jorden.

En bygning af denne størrelse og højde kræver et tilsvarende stort udvendigt luftindtag for at leve op til de høje krav, der stilles til ventilationen. Valget faldt på infrastrukturspecialisten Uponor Infra og deres Weholite-rør af plast, da disse rør har en isolerende effekt og derved modvirker kondensdannelse, som kan medvirke til dannelse af skimmelsvamp. Skimmelsvamp skal undgås i alle byggerier, men især på hospitaler bør man være særlig forudseende.


Fokus på leveringstid og volumen

Byggeleder fra KPC, Nikolaj Laustsen Kæmsgaard, var med til at beslutte, at det var Uponor, som skulle levere ventilationsrørene til AUH Forum.

– Det stod hurtigt klart i projekteringsfasen, at der var brug for store og sikre ventilationskanaler til projektet, da der var meget skrappe krav til mængden og kvaliteten af luft, der skal tages ind. Derfor er det uhyre vigtigt, at rørene er tætte, så luften holdes ren. Uponor kunne levere en løsning, som lever op til kravene med hensyn til isolans og tæthed, forklarer Nikolaj Laustsen Kæmsgaard. Han uddyber:

– Leverings- og monteringstiden var også en afgørende faktor i beslutningen. De præfabrikerede Weholite fittings blev leveret på byggepladsen færdige, så det kun var ganske få sammensvejsninger, der skulle til, for at have et færdigt system. Monteringen tager kun to dage, hvilket er markant hurtigere end for eksempel tilsvarende elementer i beton, hvor støbningen på pladsen alene kan tage to uger.

Weholite-rør fra Uponor er produceret af genanvendeligt PE-plast med over 100 års levetid. Elementerne monteres ved at sammensvejses in-situ, hvilket sikrer et helt tæt rørsystem, hvor risikoen for indtrængning i rørene udefra eller udtrængning fra rørene er elimineret.


Sikkerhed og materiale er afgørende

For monteringen er det en fordel, at Weholite-rørene er af plast. Det gælder også for rengøringen og sikkerheden, fortæller Torben Juler, der er ansvarlig for planning og design hos Sweco, som har været rådgiver på projektet.

– For at kunne sikre luftkvaliteten og indeklimaet i bygningen, er det helt afgørende, at ventilationsrørene er godt isolerede, holder tæt og at der ikke står vand i bunden eller opstår fugt og kondens. Plast er et godt materiale til det formål, fordi det er glat, sikkert og har en meget lang levetid, fortæller Torben Juler og tilføjer:

– Vi har gode erfaringer med Uponor fra tidligere projekter, og vi havde en god dialog med dem om AUH Forum. Kombinationen af det pålidelige produkt, og den nemme håndtering af de lette rør under transport og installation samt en troværdig samarbejdspartner gjorde udfaldet. Uponor var de rigtige til at levere rørene.

Uponor Weholite-rør har en dokumenteret isoleringsevne, som sikrer mod kondensdannelse og minimerer risikoen for skimmelsvamp. Uponor kan som en af de eneste rørleverandører beregne, hvorvidt kondens udgør en risiko ud fra de faktiske brugsforhold og oplyse hvilken restisolering, der måtte være brug for.

I Slagelse Kommune stiller man krav til at afledning af regnvand og spildevand adskilles, og derfor var det vigtigt, at også spildevandsløsningen på Nordre Ringgade blev opdateret i henhold til gældende lovgivning. Bygherren har fået en godkendt løsning, hvor spildevandet fra erhvervsejendommen i nr. 59 er blevet separeret fra regnvandet. Regnvandet ledes nu bort direkte fra den 2.500 m2 store parkeringsplads.

Roihu 2016 – the 7th International Finnjamboree organised by Suomen Partiolaiset - Finlands Scouter ry, was held at the Evo campsite in Hämeenlinna on 20–28 July 2016. A camp for 17,100 people was built in a forest area owned by Metsähallitus. Some 3,000 participants arrived from abroad – from about 40 different countries. September 2018 saw the launch of the project for a stormwater drainage system in Rzeszów, almost 26 kilometres long, in the residential District of Budziwój, which partially coincides with the floodplain of the River Wisłok. One of the elements of this system is the retention canal.
