Aus alt mach neu – mit Uponor Minitec

Welches Flächenheizungssystem eignet sich besonders dafür, zwei Mehrfamilienhäuser aus den 1960er-Jahren nach modernen Standards zu renovieren? Diese Fragen stellte sich der Inhaber des AREA 2.4 Wohnkomplexes in der norditalienischen Stadt Brusaporto, etwa neun Kilometer von Bergamo entfernt. Der Komplex befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen, städtischen Lage: fernab von Verkehr und Lärm, am Fuße des Brusaporto-Hügels, in einem großen privaten Park. Beide Häuser, die Nummern 2 und 4, verfügen jeweils über zwölf Dreizimmerwohnungen mit einer Gesamtfläche von 2.100 Quadratmetern. Im Fokus der Renovierung stand für den Inhaber der Komfort der zukünftigen Mieter: Die Wohnungen sind großzügig, elegant und mit Einbauküchen sowie möblierten Badezimmern ausgestattet. Der alte Methan-Gas-Boiler mit einer Leistung von 60 kW wurde durch vier Brennwert-Kessel mit jeweils 35 kW ausgetauscht.

Gute Leistung und niedrige Aufbauhöhe

Der große Wunsch nach Komfort wurde auch in der Wärmeversorgung beachtet. Zunächst wurde eine klassische Fußbodenheizung geplant. Doch bei der gemeinsamen Planung und Besprechung entschieden sich der Inhaber, der Bauherr, der Planer Dario Lecchi, der Installateur Paolo Oppizzi und Diego Bossini, Account Manager bei Uponor, dann doch für eine andere Lösung: Uponor Minitec – eine Nassbaulösung mit einer sehr niedrigen Aufbauhöhe. Das System ist genau für diese Art von Renovierung vorgesehen. „Das Minitec-System ist besonders dünn, dennoch bietet es eine bemerkenswert hohe Wärmeleistung und starke Trittschalldämmung – gerade die Akustik war für den Inhaber das ausschlaggebende Argument“, sagt der Planer Dario Lecchi von Bolgare. Auch der Installateur OP Termoidraulica aus Cenate Sotto war mit der Auswahl des Produkts sehr zufrieden: „Das System ist besonders einfach und schnell zu verbauen, was gerade in Hinblick auf den Zeitplan und das Budget ein großer Vorteil ist. Ich würde die Lösung wiederverwenden und empfehle sie jedem Handwerker unserer Branche“, erklärt der Installateur Paolo Oppizzi. Weiterhin war das Projektteam durch die Verwendung von Uponor Minitec in der Lage, die gewünschte Energieklasse B im Gebäude zu erhalten: Ein Gebäude in dieser Klasse verbraucht weniger als 50 kW/h Wärme pro Quadratmeter im Jahr, mit erwarteten fünf Kubikmeter Gas pro Quadratmeter pro Jahr.
 
Viele Lagen in 34 Millimetern Höhe
Die Uponor Minitec Lösung mit XPS-Wärme- und Schalldämmung bei geringer Estrichdicke ist ein zertifiziertes System. Die herausragenden Eigenschaften sind das Ergebnis einer engen Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Marken Uponor, Isolmant und Knauf. Um Wärme- und Schalldämmung zu kombinieren, wird zunächst die IsolTile Akustikmatte von Isolmant verlegt, gefolgt von der XPS-Dämmung aus extrudiertem Polystyrol mit einer Druckfestigkeit von 400 Kpa. Die Minitec-Paneele von Uponor werden auf diese beiden Lagen aufgeklebt. Sie bestehen aus einem selbstklebenden Folienelement und PE-Xa-Rohren mit einer Stärke von 9,9 Millimetern – dabei handelt es sich um besonders robuste und gleichzeitig flexible Rohre, die schmale Biegenstreifen zulassen. In Kombination mit dem Fließestrich Knauf NE425 entsteht so ein System mit einer Gesamtdicke von 34 mm, das einen Schalldämmwert von 21 dB erreicht.
 
Positives Feedback
Insgesamt wurden 1.800 Quadratmeter Uponor Minitec Paneele, 1.800 Quadratmeter XPS-Wärme- und Schalldämmung und 18.000 Meter Rohre im AREA 2.4 Komplex verbaut. Die Enden der verlegten Heizungsrohre wurden an den Uponor Vario M Verteiler angeschlossen. Wie jede andere Fußbodenheizung lässt sich auch das Uponor Minitec System schnell, einfach und energieeffizient regulieren – auch das ist im Sinne des hohen Anspruchs an den Nutzerkomfort in der Renovierung der Wohnhäuser. Uponor war während des gesamten Projekts als Unterstützer des Teams dabei. „Das Projekt in Brusaporto ist ein weiteres erfolgreiches Beispiel für die jahrelange Zusammenarbeit mit dem Planungsbüro Dario Lecchi. Uponor Minitec erfüllte alle Bedingungen des Inhabers. Die Planer und Handwerker waren zufrieden und für mich war es ebenfalls ein rundum erfolgreiches Bauvorhaben“, sagt Diego Bossini, Account Manager bei Uponor in Italien.
